Precision Door came out for a service repair call on my garage door. It needed a couple of new parts plus installation and the pricing was competitive for the most part, but Drew, my technician, was the difference maker. He didn't just install the parts and leave. He double checked all the moving parts and made adjustments where needed to make sure the door was properly working better than before. He took his time to go through and explain everything with me and I really appreciated his company and professionalism. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone in NWA.

Thank you so much Parker and Dakota for the help with our garage door opener. They were so friendly, and so very helpful with our garage door issues. We love our new opener. So many great features. We are so thankful for Matt Holder also. Drove from NW AR to fix and open our garage door. Worked late on an extremely cold night. These three guys are rockstars.

They did an amazing job!!! They showed up when they said they would with a courdious phone call to make sure we were home. The workers were extremely nice and professional!!! They installed a new door in less than 2 hours with minimal noise. The door is beautiful and works great!!! They even went through and showed me how to maintain the door so I won't have to call them again for a long time. 11/10 would highly recommend!!! They were a blessing!!

Andrew, the employee who installed the garage door, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained the process clearly. He gave me additional information involving future maintenance. He was friendly and efficient. I was very pleased and satisfied with the appearance and smooth functioning of the garage door installation. I highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door.

Drew Bates was the "Precision" technician this afternoon and he did a phenomenal job replacing my garage door motor, safety lights, remotes, and made several other needed adjustments. My doors are now quiet and smooth - better than new. He took his time to ensure I fully understood all charges and new features. Drew gets customer service!! Very happy - excellent service.

After much research, decided to use Precision Door for garage door replacement. The installation technicians, Chris and Parker, arrived on time, thoroughly explained the process, meticulously installed the doors piece by piece without cutting corners, tested functionality and verified proper post-installation clean up. I was very pleased with customer service and work quality. I would highly recommend this business to those looking for new garage door installation needs.

In April 2023 I needed a new door opener on the door that Precision had installed previously. Drew came out and we discussed the types of openers he recommended. I chose one and saw that I could get it cheaper on Amazon and asked drew about this. He politely mentioned that Amazon wasn't going to have the same warranty and wouldn't be rolling a truck if I had a problem, I agreed. Drew's attention to detail in the installation was impressive, all the wires were wrapped and braided snuggly. Well today was the day Drew's words came true. My inside wall control pad was blank. I called Precision and within 3 hours Sam and Jacob were onsite to make the repairs. It ended up being a simple loose wire in the pad, no charge...and they took the time to lubricate the hinges while they were there. No charge for the call. Really outstanding experience from the person that answers the phone when calling for an appointment, to the techs. All we hear about these days is how nobody wants to work and companies can't find employees. Precision, without exception has only "A" team members and it's such a refreshing experience. I wish they run all the other home improvement businesses.

I really like that they sent a veteran out to do the estimate. The installer came out a couple days later and was timely. He did a great job. I have included some before and after pics. Installer even showed me how to spray some lube every three months to keep it working well

I initially had Anthony Birge come to my house to give me a quote. He did a super job and get me the best price I could find! He was great and explained everything up front and answered all my questions. On the day of installation, Wes Smith arrived with my new garage door and had to do a lot of adjustments due to the age of my old garage door (at least 30 years old). The end results was a Super Great Job!! Both of my technicians where very professional and friendly and I couldn't be more happy with the end results. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service for anyone needing those services! Thanks again for a super job!
