Google5Our technicians were incredibly flexible and patient with my scheduled appointment times. They were able to adjust their schedule to meet my changing schedules. While working at my home, we had to call our home warranty company for approval of our claim. The home warranty company held us on hold for an extremely unreasonable amount of time. Fortunately, our technicians were able to get to our call earlier than we anticipated with our prior approval. This turned into an advantage because our home warranty company kept us so long that we went right into our regularly scheduled appointment time. The technicians were so courteous and did not complain about their extended wait time. They stayed right there and continued evaluating our system and gave plenty of feedback and suggestions. The technicians were very knowledgeable with our old system as well as the new system they installed. Our technicians also ensured that the cost was manageable. They did not try upselling to us for things we did not need and ensured we were comfortable with the cost. Overall, we will definitely use them again if needed. We highly recommend them for any garage care need you have. You will not be disappointed.

Google5Daniel and Spencer did an awesome job fixing my garage door. They were able to identify the problem right away and provided some recommendations on how my garage could operate better and last longer. They gave me a quote for the repairs and were able to get me on schedule the very next morning. I also appreciated them calling to let me know when they were on their way. They were quick, efficient, and didn't leave until all my questions or concerns were addressed. They were friendly with my little dogs as well! I definitely recommend them for all your garage repair needs.

Google3I'm giving a 3 star review. I hope to be able to ammend in the future to a 5 star review. I am happy with the company coming out and explaining everything and the work being completed in a timely manner. What I'm not happy with is a disconnect with the person quoting the job and the install team. I was told at the time of the quote that the bottom retainer on my door is no longer made. However, I was told that the could get a different one and it would fit and work. Was quoted for that and agreed to it. However, they come out to do work today and say that they can't do bottom seal because they don't make anything to fit that door. Not what I was promised would be done. Told only solution is to get a new door for $2300. So they do the side and top trim, replace the motor and buttons, but...the bottom not done. The work looks great and I'm happy with it and can see a major difference. But really wish something was done with the bottom. I was promised that they would work on something and get back to me. I hope that comes to fruition so that I can be truly satisfied.

Google5Eric was very professional and informative. Explained everything. Would highly recommend if you are looking to upgrade your garage door. Installation was done by Rob and Spencer. They were on time and got to work on Installing door immediately. They were very professional and friendly. It took them approximately 2 hrs. Explained registration for motor and door warranty very clearly. I highly recommend Advance Garage Door if you are looking to upgrade your garage door.

Google5Spencer and Daniel were super fantastic! They came to check out our garage doors that were installed by someone else since the trim work was never completed during the install back in 2020 even though we called multiple times to have it fixed. Not only did they fix the trim, but they fixed various issues that they saw when taking at look at the doors. They walked me through all of the issues and gave a quote before they started working. Highly recommend reaching out for all of your garage door needs!!

Google5Rob and Junior were so knowledgeable and professional. They walked me through everything, explained everything on a barny level to where I could understand as a woman who knows nothing about Garage Door. Do not hesitate to book Advance Garage Door because they are Advance and you will not be disappointed. Prices are reasonable and what I can say is, money way well spent. Great job guys and if ever, anyone needs a garage door professional, I will direct them to you.

Google5Great job by great people. My doors look great. The installation process was very smooth. Both installers knew what they were doing and did a great job. I could not be happier with both the product and with the process. They deserve all five stars. Eric was my sales rep and he represented the company very well, and made sure that I was ready and prepared when the installation came. Great job guys!

BBB5They let me schedule a repair on a Saturday and guess what ,,the owners came and took about 45 minutes to an hour and fix my door. They showed me the things to lube and how often. GREAT GUYS,,,,GREAT WORK

BBB5Absolutely amazing service! It was too expensive to replace the whole garage esp. with the holidays but we needed repairs as soon as possible. And they were flexible, professional, kept us informed, and super efficient! I've never been so excited about a garage door before and definitely will be using their service in the future.

BBB5Needed service when original company that installed my garage door would not return my call. Advance was here the same afternoon with professional and friendly service reps. **** care of problem quickly, explained issues and maintenance, answered all questions. Great service call and affordable too!

BBB5From the moment that I blacked out and thought my foot was on the brake, I hit the gas and demolished my garage door. Since I had a ***** card and my husband was a veteran, I figured that would be the best way to go. Guess again. I filled out a million questions to get a quote, but the door was a stock size, and they told me I would have to install it myself. I had further questions for them, but never got a response. My ****** search for someone in my area gave me many options, and I got lucky when I saw Advance had a *************** web site. Called and ****** answered immediately, with his name and business and how may I help you. Can't get better customer service than that. Once I explained my situation, he asked what happened and if I was okay. Done deal. Scheduled estimate, which provided financing, and followed up with installation. Installation several days later went quickly, and we beat Hurricane ***. Thank you ****** and your wonderful crew.

BBB5I went to close my garage door last night, and the bracket came away from the wall making it impossible to get our cars out. I review ****** and found Advance Garage Doors and I am glad that I did. I talked to **** who made me feel like I was someone important and was able to get some on out there early that same day. When ****** and ****** arrived they quickly accessed the problem grabbed the parts and fixed the door within minutes. They not only fixed the issue but they spent additional time making necessary adjustment to door and motor which was above and beyond the call of duty. I thanked so much for there hard work and professionalism and wanted to makes sure they if you need someone to work on your garage door look no further Advance Garage Doors is the best. As an added bonus the price was more than reasonable and my door works better than it did when it was not broken. Thank you team Advance, GREAT JOB!!!!

BBB5Had a new garage door opener installed. Promptly scheduled, arrived on time, did an excellent job, and charged the amount they had quoted. Very professional...would definitely use them again!
