From the moment that I blacked out and thought my foot was on the brake, I hit the gas and demolished my garage door. Since I had a ***** card and my husband was a veteran, I figured that would be the best way to go. Guess again. I filled out a million questions to get a quote, but the door was a stock size, and they told me I would have to install it myself. I had further questions for them, but never got a response. My ****** search for someone in my area gave me many options, and I got lucky when I saw Advance had a *************** web site. Called and ****** answered immediately, with his name and business and how may I help you. Can't get better customer service than that. Once I explained my situation, he asked what happened and if I was okay. Done deal. Scheduled estimate, which provided financing, and followed up with installation. Installation several days later went quickly, and we beat Hurricane ***. Thank you ****** and your wonderful crew.
