Garage door started making noise several months after they replaced the torsion springs, they immediately sent someone out to look at it. John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they covered the second call under warranty. Very easy, quick, and accommodating company to work with that takes care of its customers.
Called in due to garage door malfunction. Our tech that came out assessed the garage door. Told me what was going on and gave me a quote on how much it was going to cost to fix it. After agreeing to the quote for the work. It was all completed in about an hour. The tech was very informative in regards of who to call if anything. Appreciated the quick response and work. Will recommend to friends and family.
Will Graham was very knowledgeable about installing garage door motors and doors. Will explained everything to my husband and I in great detail. Will was also respectful of our property and cleaned up after he installed everything. Before Will left he explained to us how to use the garage door on the wall and how to set it. The entire experience was great. The person who answered the phone was knowledgeable & friendly. I was scheduled for service the next day. Mike Hazel, the garage door opener technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered three options for a solution. I opted for a new opener (mine was 14 years old) and Mike installed a new garage door opener efficiently and explained its features expertly. I will definitely use these garage door experts again although the opener itself has a lifetime guarantee.
11 years ago, Precision Door installed a new garage door for us. In the last year it started rusting in the joints. I called them and they inspected it and then honored their lifetime warranty and installed a brand new door today, at no charge. We are thrilled with the new door and highly recommend them as a company.
The Technician from Precision (Evan) was terrific. He explained everything he was doing in a very straightforward way that was easy for me to understand. He left the work area spotless as well. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. This was the second time we have used them and we have been very pleased both times.
Update: Upped to 4 star. A service manager called me and explained that my experience should not have happened and offered to make it right. That means a lot to me. She confirmed that its a 3 year warranty and not 90 days and that the springs should have been lubed as part of the install. I should have wrote this originally overall the work quality was great and service was knowledgeable and prompt. Overall I would and have recommended this company to my neighbors. Original review: Overall great price and service I would have given this a 4 or 5 star but had to make it three as I wish a better warranty was offered. 90 days or 30 days if I refuse to have the spring lubricated for extra fee (why is this an extra fee? Tha should be standard with a new spring install?) Seems really short. If you sell a good quality product you should stand by it and not charge extra to do something that should be done anyway as part of the install.
