Chris did an excellent job on my garage door repair! My torsion spring broke on my garage and he came the next day to repair at a reasonable price. He even offered same day service. I would highly recommend this company!
Chris was wonderful. The work he did was neatly done and fairly priced. While I did end up spending a little more than I'd initially intended, his recommendations were all wise decisions, rather than unnecessary add ons; including a recommendation for how I could reduce safety risks. I am extremely satisfied with my service. The spring randomly broke on one of my garage doors. I called ProLift and they had a tech out within less than two hours, gave a free estimate on site, and then once approved by me they fixed it within 45 minutes. Chris and Dean were very friendly, professional and efficient. I will definitely use then again!
The company was responsive and prompt when the spring on my garage door broke, they were out the next day. The technician, Chris, was knowledgeable and detailed when replacing and fine tuning his adjustments. The door is much quieter now. Chris is awesome.
