Google5We use our garage door as the main access in and out of our house. The spring broke on our garage door rendering it useless. I called Overhead Door on a Monday and found out the office in Fayetteville, NC had closed and everything was being scheduled out of Wilmington, NC until a new office under new management opened in Fayetteville. In the past, when the office was right in Fayetteville, I've waited a couple weeks before getting someone out, so I figured with them scheduling from Wilmington, it would be even longer. I was wrong. Tyler came out that Wednesday to assess the repair and gave me a temporary fix until he could get a new spring from the Wilmington office. On Friday, Tyler returned and installed the new spring. We should be good for another 3 or 4 years. Thank you for getting Tyler out quickly to make the repair.

Google5We've been Overhead Door customers since we built our home in 2012. The installers are on-time, professional, courteous, and their work is second to none. We highly recommend Overhead Door.
