Called twice. Finally got a call back and was told they were almost a week out.... no problem. Get a call the morning they are supposed to come and they tell me they will be over between 4-6 pm.... ok. Wait till 6 with no call and no show. Wouldn't recommend them to build a door for a dog house.

It's hard to believe there are still honest businesses like this around! Thank God! They were booked but knew there were customers like me not having a garage door that didn't open in late December so they added another truck and guy to there schedule. Scott took care of me and I was not only shocked by the price (which was so much less than expected) but he fixed the light which was out in my garage. Professional, great repair job and reasonable priced. They set a new standard for others to follow. Deborah

The repair man was a my house and had the job completed within 4 hours after I called for service. I have had service by Oxford Overhead Door 3 previous times and they have always been fast and did an excellent job for me. After replacing the springs they balanced the door and checked the opener operation for proper operation. Their total price was less that $200 dollars and a price I got for the same work from another company was almost $500 dollars. They are a good company and they do good work at a fair price. Services Rendered: Replaced 2 spring on a 16 X 7 garage door.

One of the springs broke on my garage door, called midday and made appointment for the following day. The service rep told me if the workers had time later in the afternoon (the day I called) they would come to do the repair. They called later the same day, came over and not only replaced the springs, but also added some bracing that was needed to stabilize the tracks. Very happy with the response time and work done...I will be calling them again the next time I need garage door service.

I called around noon yesterday hoping to get someone out to service my garage door that broke the night before. Amazingly they had someone available that same day almost an hour later to take a look! I expected them to assess the problem first then come out a different day to fix it but no they immediately were able to fix all the problems right then and there and within an hour we were back to having a functioning garage door. (The fix was the major spring was broken in addition to a cable line and bolt issue). Needless to say I was super impressed. The initial phone person was very friendly and accommodating and the service technician super friendly, confident and speedy. A++

When I called to request a service appointment for a keyless entry, new remote and figure out why my garage door was sounding loud and clunky the women (yep, a real person) was so nice and professional. Scheduled me for the next day.....What?! I told her I wouldn't be home for part of the day...."not to worry the technician will call you in the morning and confirm a time that works for both of you". I received a call first thing in the morning from John, he gave a time window that worked for me, called me again when he was 15 minutes out. John went right to work, explaining what the problem was and how long it would take to fix. I even added a few things to the list (that I forgot to mention) no problem, again only niceness and professionalism. My husband and I felt the bill was very reasonable and the equipment/parts they provided were better than we had. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

WOW - custom doors ordered and installed in two weeks with Thanksgiving in the middle of that two weeks is AWESOME service!!!! The doors were installed quickly and they look fantastic. The whole experience was very positive. I would hire Oxford Overhead Door again and I highly recommend them. Services Rendered: Replaced two garage doors and installed two openers.

I had one spring break on the garage door causing the door to not lift. I called Oxford Overhead to get an estimated and if they could come out. They had a pretty busy schedule but said she would call me back if they had an opening that day. I got a call a few hours later that someone could come over that day. The repair man was a nice guy that quickly replaced both springs (no point in taking a chance the other one would break) and replaced the gear box for the garage opener. He has everything necessary on his truck and the work was done quickly and professionally. I would suggest if you need service on your garage door to give them a call. Replacement of both springs and the gear box (parts and labor) was just under $300. Worth it to me. Services Rendered: Replacement of 2 springs for the garage door and replacement of the gear box on the garage opener.

Very good service. Service person notified us and arrive on time. Knowledgeable of the garage door opener and did a great job repairing it. Services Rendered: The service person is really nice. He called and let us know exact time to expect him. He disassembled my damaged garage door opener, repaired it, and make sure it function. Then he assists in setting all my remote opener to the new garage door. He even check to see the lubrication is up to date. .

Called overhead on Monday afternoon. Scheduled for Tuesday. The tech called 8am on Tuesday and said they would be there around 1-2 pm. Arrived shortly after 1, replaced springs and lubricated door. Completed within 20 minutes. They did a great job. Services Rendered: replaced both torsion springs and lubricated

I have to start with WOW... Someone in my family, who happens to park in the garage, who happens to drive the minivan.... pulled out of the garage and took the bottom panel of the garage door with her. The van won the battle. I thought I could fix the track that had popped out... but after about 15 minutes I knew I should call someone. The company who left their sticker on the door rang through to voicemail, so I did a quick Google search and found Oxford Overhead Door. The woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY polite, even understanding I was calling at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon. Literally 10 minutes later, their service tech Rob pulled into my driveway with a big smile on his face. Rob was very polite, and immediately went to work on the door while even while I distracted him with small talk. He was very organized, went from part to part disassembling the door and pulling everything back into the track. He then proceeded to grab an oil can and literally oiled every moving part of the door for maintenance. After he explained to me how to continue performing maintenance on the door twice a year I asked if they could order a part for a push button code opener that was never installed for our door. With another big smile he opened one of his custom drawers in his van and pulled out the manufacturers exact opener (Important to note it was not a cheap offbrand part) and had it installed in less than two minutes. I'm not kidding... it was less than two minutes. I cannot forget to mention that he arrived & had everything nearly done before my wife even returned from school picking up the kids! Talk about service. I feel their rates were more than fair considering the service, speed and experience that they shared with me. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who needs to have work done on their garage or commercial doors. I will continue to refer them to my friends and clients. Oxford Overhead Door is a great example of offering top notch expertise in your field and exuding customer service.
