Had a bit of an emergency with our shop garage door at my work and Greg had his guys come out the next day and got it done perfect. Greg also helped me over the phone with what to do when I didn't have a clear way to lower the door that was stuck open. I will use these guys again and recommend them as well.

Jeff did a great job installing the one car and two car garage doors. He found some mistakes from prior install, and fixed them! He explained everything to me and how to properly maintain the doors. Very happy with Jeff's work.

Mike from Pioneer Doors came out he temporarily fix my garage door so I could use it till the new door comes in. He was very polite, professional, informative and he was on time for my appointment. Thanks Mike & Pioneer Doors installed my new garage door and door opener today he did a Great Job with the installation. They did a high-lift conversion and jackshaft opener for me in December for one bay of my garage and it's been great, so when I decided to do another high-lift conversion and jackshaft opener in the other bay, of course I called Pioneer again. Another great install by Mike!

Always friendly, prompt and professional service. Darlene answers the main phone line and is always pleasant and informative...not your typical impatient, disgruntled customer service provider. Pioneer has provided service calls to our home and businesses, and we are always happy. On one visit, the tech accidentally broke a part and came to find me to tell me the situation and that he would replace the part. I super appreciated his honesty, and we've been loyal customers since. Thank you, Pioneer Door.

Pioneer Door is an amazing company...I highly encourage anyone in need of garage door work/service to consider them an option. We recently incurred some damage to one of our garage doors. After calling multiple companies Pioneer's service and pricing made them the clear solution for the work needed. Their customer service I received is BEST IN CLASS! The office staff is easy to work with and very friendly. The on-site installation crew was equally as impressive....I couldn't be happier with the work they performed. In addition, I decided to upgrade my garage door units/motors to a newer unit that include security cameras, motion lights, WIFI monitoring, and are super quiet. Thank you to the entire PIONEER team for the wonderful service and work performed!

The person who answered the phone when I first called did an exceptional job of quoting a price and being responsive. That was then followed by an on-time appointment and a 20-minute job to replace door springs in our garage. The two gentlemen who showed up were kind enough to have a conversation with us while working. We highly recommend these folks. The price was very reasonable. I found them on Yelp and hoped for the best. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

I called regarding our garage door that would reverse when lowering. The woman in the office asked me to do a simple check to see if the lights on the opener flashed when the door stopped and reversed. They did. She said to check the sensors at the bottom of the tracks to be sure they were pointed correctly at each other. I made a slight adjustment and the door works perfectly! They could have come out and charged me for a service visit, but were kind enough and honest enough to talk me through this simple fix. I will certainly call them if I need the door worked on in the future. Thanks so much!

Needed springs replaced and a new bottom seal on our old garage door. Called Pioneer and they had somebody out the very next day. They fixed the springs but had to order the seal as it was obsolete. Only took a couple of days to get the seal and they installed it without an extra service visit fee. Great customer service at a very good price. Highly recommended.

My husband and I recently purchased our home and the garage door just never worked right. Finally, the whole thing just stopped working altogether. I was recommended Pioneer Door and I am very impressed with them. I emailed them and almost immediately received a reply. The team who came out to do the work was fantastic - not only did they get the mechanism working again but they figured out the underlying problem that was causing the issue and fixed it. They also went above and beyond to install a doorbell ringer to allow us to open and close the door from the inside. Finally, the pricing was very reasonable. While I hope to not have any future issues with the garage door, if or when that happens I will definitely use their services again!

Just had them out for new garage door. The best service. Asked for New opener and he told me that mine was fine and they didn't want to sell me something that I didn't need and they service. Once they left, they called me on Monday because he wanted to come back out. He said he was thinking about my door and wanted to make some adjustments. The whole process with them is first rate!

I was visiting my 91-year-old mom and her garage door came off the track while it was partially closed. My mom called one company from the phone book and was told that someone could come in about two or three days. That was unacceptable since it wasn't safe the way it was. So I called Pioneer and talked to a very pleasant receptionist who, after I explained the problem, told me to hold a minute while she checked the availability of service. She came right back on and said that someone could be there between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m....mind you, I called sometime around 1:00! The repairman arrived about 40 mins. later, assessed the situation, and fixed the door within 30 minutes! For only $80! The repairman was very affable, efficient, knowledgeable, and quick. I would highly recommend this repairman, Kyle Schick, and this company!

Kyle, the owners son did the repair at a very reasonable price. After talking with him about what I have & the door I would like to have, I'm in the process of ordering a new insulated door from them. I thought the tech was entirely great. Knowledgeable but also personable. Services Rendered: I was not entirely thrilled when I suddenly encountered a problem with my garage door ... I can tend to be skeptical of repair people in general. I am so glad I called them. The man they sent out was just excellent. He was professional, helpful, sincere and willing to explain things to me. Who wants to write a check when they don't understand the problem? He took time and didn't seem as if he was in a hurry to get to the next repair appointment. He got to the bottom of the issue and didn't go for the biggest repair or anything like that ... it was a small issue and he only did what he needed to do and no more. I was very impressed and will call them again. I am glad to have a company to rely on in the future. I will call them without hesitation and you should, too.

Came twice - the first time to ensure that the gate had power and could still operate (diagnosis) and reset the relay panel. Returned a second time to finish the work (due to weather related issues). I'm happy with the service. They did a good job. We were having trouble in closing the garage door consistently and it is now fixed. Services Rendered: I used Pioneer Door to replace the photo cells which are those things that stop the garage door when it goes down and there's something in the way, they replaced those because they were old and flooded they adjusted the garage door opener.
