Google5Jake from Shipley repaired two garage doors for me today. He was at our house a couple hours after I made the call. Nice guy, quick repairs, good prices. I couldn't ask for more. Great experience.

Google5If i could give 10 stars I would, I called and left a message with my number. I got a call back and a text message from Russ within 2 minutes. He said he could have someone out in 2 hours or less. Technician arrived, assessed the door, said it would take about 30 minutes to fix, very reasonable price. Technician finished under 30 minutes. Explained everything he had done, very courteous and friendly. Best experience I have had in several years. Highly recommend

Google5Jake did an awesome job. I called Monday and they were able to come out Wednesday when I was available. They were able to come Tuesday but I wouldn't have been home. Jake arrived on time and answered all my questions. Can't beat the quality and fair priced they charged to service my garage door due to the spring breaking. Would absolutely recommend Shipley Garage Door to anyone looking for garage door service or install.

Google5Russ and Jake have been excellent throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions and they never hesitated to answer them and give full details on everything. Prompt delivery, fast installation (under 2 hrs!). Best of all the new garage door looks great! Highly recommended.

Google5Cannot say enough great things about Shipley. They have replaced both our lift unit and our springs for us now. We had another company repair our springs not too long ago and they would not honor any type of guarantee. We got stuck on a Sunday night and Russ responded to our call that evening. Had a service tech out first thing the next morning. Guaranteed their work and fair pricing. Would definitely recommend using them!!! They will have our business from this day forward. Top notch company and employees!

Google5Great service, communication and care of installation! Would absolutely recommend Shipley to anyone. The quality of the doors and tracks and seals exceeded my expectations. The wiring and installation of all of the equipment was done with diligence and care. Great experience all around and I only wish I took some Before photos!

Google5Swift to action after a call for replacement spring. Prompt service provided and educated about the process and need for such. Highly recommend Jake and his family business. Courtesy pamphlet provided as well for future purchase/upgrade of garage doors.

Angi5What a great experience!!! Russ is all about quality, no doubt about it! I own my own business, so I know what it takes to deliver a quality product at a " Reasonable Price ". From the top to the bottom , he's got it covered like a blanket!! Services Rendered: Russ installed a double steel insulated garage door w/ a belt drive opener.
