Google5Art did a wonderful job on my garage door today. He was very responsive to all my questions and listened to my concerns. He was able to give me several options, and then performed the work for the option I chose in a timely and professional manner. Art went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more pleased!

Google5I had the pleasure of working with Shoals Overhead doors and the experience was great. I was especially pleased with the customer service of the install Technician Kevin. He was so knowledgeable about the equipment and thorough. I highly recommend. Ask for Kevin to install he's awesome.

Google5We spoke on the phone so I knew approximately when he would be there.(50mile drive) he arrived and handed me his card. He examined my door and showed me I needed a full repair. Much more expensive that I had anticipated, BUT, it was needed. The amount of work he did was impressive in the time it took him. He reprogrammed my remotes, installed the MyQ and handled my motorhome garage. The only delay was he had to wait on the delivery of a spring. Nice, polite. Highly recommended

Google5Had an issue with the garage door cable. Shoals overhead door was quick to send out a technician the next day. Art Arellano, the tech.. was very informative and highly skilled in the operation of the door system. He quickly fixed the problem. He was very nice and professional. I highly recommend using Shoals overhead door.

Google5Called to get new doors on our garage. Kevin Floyd came by and gave a estimate. After agreeing to a price he came and did an outstanding job. He was friendly and very courteous and installed our new doors quietly and expertly. I've gotten excellent results every time I've needed anything done from Shoals Overhead Doors.

Google5Shoals Overhead Doors did a great job from the beginning to the end of the project. The crew was friendly, courteous and paid attention to detail. I am so pleased and appreciate Art (installer) cleaning everything up and explaining all the details of the remotes and panel entry system. What a great company with work ethics!!

Angi5Called Shoals Overhead that morning, by mid morning a tech came out and diagnosed the problem. He didn't have the necessary parts on his truck. He called his office and arranged for them to secure the parts. He picked them up that afternoon, came back out and repaired the door. All in the same day. Services Rendered: Suddenly, garage door would only open about 4 ft

Angi5Wonderful company. The men they send out have always been professional and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. We have had them out for simple garage door repairs, and more detailed lightening strike issues that damaged our whole garage door. We had a problem with some wiring, due to lightening, which made our garage door wall button stop working the day after they installed a new motor/opener. They came back out and one of their guys went above and beyond what his duties were and he ran a new wire to the button (thru the walls) and did it without extra charge. They usually don't deal with inside wiring. They are a great company and I will only be dealing with them in the future for our garage door needs. Services Rendered: Garage Door repair and new install
