Very impressed with Jeremy. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his time and explaining what happened and how they can fix it as well as the warranty provided for AHS's services. Hopefully he comes to your house for repairs as well - you won't be disappointed.
Jeremy arrived on time in the morning as communicated when we called after 5pm the day before hoping someone would answer. Very detailed explanation and work was completed in a timely manner. Easy to observe Jeremy took pride in work that has his name attached to it; an excellent quality you look for. Great Experience with Automated Home Services. I called AHS at 7:15pm on Friday night and I was very pleased they answered the phone on a Friday night. We scheduled a service call for Monday morning. Got a text confirmation too! The service guys showed up on time and they were super courteous and professional. They fixed my garage door, installed new nylon rollers (so smooth & quiet) and they made sure everything was tuned-up. Their service bill was more than fair and reasonable. I had a great experience and I highly recommend Automated Home Services.
After dealing with another garage door company for years/being mistreated by another company for years I am so happy to have found Automated Home Services. It was easy to get an appointment and Bob was truly a pleasure to deal with. He came and got the door working but didn't want to bill me until the problem had been fixed. That type of customer service just doesn't exist any more. I am very happy and although I hope to not have any more issues for a while (fingers crossed) when I do - I know I will be calling them!
Let me start by saying that I tried to contract at least 3 other companies to install a fence with a motor sliding gate for the front of my house. The first company went out of business and kept the deposit, the second company did a half way job that was mediocre at its best and the last company never showed up. The morning I requested a quote from AHS they called me back immediately and showed to my house 15 min before the scheduled appointment a few hours later which is extremely difficult to find in any kind of business in the area of Miami. The owner and the appraiser area extremely responsible and professional. They spend a while at my house explaining the job and all the pros and cons. The person in charge of the job, Bob was extremely knowledgeable and also so courteous that for a moment I thought it was to good to be real. Finally, I got a good brand motor installed for my sliding gate, that works very nice and is backed up with warranty and a company that speaks for itself. This company has restored my trust when dealing with home business companies in the South Florida area.
The owner was personally involved and was very professional. The employees have the same positive attitude. We have used gate service companies for 25 years and this company is the best we have had. They are reliable and dependable and would not hesitate to recommend them. After our job was complete we had some minor problems which were promptly corrected by the Company. I had the pleasure of doing business with this company. They installed a new, hurricane proof garage door at my residence. The level of professionalism and customer service from this company was outstanding to say the least. Don sold his comoany to me the day he came to my house and showed me all my choices. Brenda was great on the phone answering all my questions regarding logistics and installation date. And the crew that came to install the door was outstanding. Kudos to you guys!! Please do not hesitate to use this company. Its like a breath of fresh air finally dealing with a company of this level. You have a customer for life.
