Access Garage installed my new doors. Shortly after installation there was an issue with some lumber breaking that held the opener. Darryl answered the call was out to my home quickly. He assessed the issue, came up with a solution and had it fixed in under an hour. Even helped me program my cars opener. Friendly and good service.
Darryl and team did a great job installing my new garage door. The door itself took longer than expected to arrive, but long lead times seem to be the norm across all garage door manufacturers. Access Garage Doors was still ultimately able to beat the lead times provided by their competitors.
Absolutely incredible service. Our production was shutdown instantly when our garage door broke. Very few companies would even consider helping. Darryl picked up my call, came out the next morning and had us fixed in under a hour. They went above and beyond the normal scope of work to fix our 10 yr old door. We will be having them install a new one promptly. 10/10 would recommend.

Please call Dana and Darryl! One of my cables broke at 3:30 in the afternoon leaving my garage door up. Not only did Dana answer (many other shops were busy like Access was, but no one answered), but she understood my need to get my garage closed before night time. She got Darryl to come by a few hours later. It was hot, and I'm sure past his dinner time, but he got me up and running again! I'm so grateful to have them on my "Home Team!"
Darryl and his team mate came to fox my garage door that had not operated for 17 months due to a fire. They got right to work getting everything all hooked up and got my door operating in no time. After calling 4 local places, the owner, Daryl, was the first one that could help me within a day. He completely removed and replaced my old, broken opener with a new one in about 2 hours. He also sold me some new rollers and then the next day called me and told me he would come out and install them for free - which I did not expect. He is the nicest, most honest home repair person I think I have ever met. Having been a big-time general contractor at one time, he also knows every aspect of building and maintaining a home.
One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke. I could not raise the door because of its weight. I called around to find a garage door repair company. Luckily I got ahold of Byron of Access Garage Doors. He was very friendly, gave me an estimate for the torsion spring replacement. He set up an appointment for the morning of the next day. They arrived right on time and had everything they needed to replace the springs. They also pointed out a couple of things that the 30+ years old garage door should have done (frayed cables, bearings in rollers shot). The door had not been serviced since it had been installed. They gave me an estimate to consider if I wanted that done. I agreed with it and they did it. Very quick, thorough, professional, and friendly. The door works so smoothly now, and I am very pleased with their work, advice, and suggestions.
