Isaac is a real pro. We got his name a number from a small commercial builder (as he does commercial work as well) that we've worked with for years. I didn't want a flimsy, cheap garage door. I had quotes from a couple of other contractors for $1300 for a insulated double garage door, but when I looked up the manufacturer, the doors where only 27 gauge (thinner) steel, and only on one side (just vinyl on the inside). Milestone's quote was for an insulated 24-gauge steel door, plus it was sandwiched between 2-sheets of steel, not just the exterior side. It's basically a commercial grade door, it looks great, and it's obviously beefier than the flimsy options (our old door buckled because it was too cheap). It was still less than $2,000 installed. They also adjusted our old garage door opener, and synced it all up, so it's perfectly quiet, no additional charge. PS. We live in Fort Collins, no CA.
We had Isaac out to install openers in our new home. He did a great job, was quick and courteous. A few months later we had an issue (bracket pulled out of our door) which was not his fault. He came back out and installed heavier brackets on both doors. Again, quick and courteous. Highly recommended!
