Elijah showed up on time the day I called for service after providing a preliminary quote over the phone. Didn't try to upsell and replaced broken springs in an hour. Great service, good prices. 100% recommend to anyone who has an issue with their garage door.

Excellent! Got majorly ripped off by another business about 4 months ago for new springs, and recently our garage door started acting up again. Elijah pointed out that the springs hadn't been installed correctly. He also replaced our cables which had become frayed due to a misaligned bracket (which he also fixed). Very knowledgeable and a genuine "people person." Costs are transparent. It's good to know there still are honest people out there.
You know how everyone has their "guy" that's the best? I've been looking for my "garage door" guy for a long time and FINALLY found him! Elijah was ridiculously helpful (more on that later), got me on his schedule the same day, and was the best price I could find for my spring replacement. Price: I called 5 highly rated shops to see who could get my door up and running quickly (price was secondary but a bonus). Spring Kings was the fastest AND cheapest. Need I say more? I think I will. Honesty: Elijah had the opportunity to replace a spring on another door and advised against it. He was open and explained the reasoning and told me I'd be fine as it sat. Speed: Fast. Quick to an appointment and a quick repair. We spent more time talking about real estate than working on the issues. Loved that! Bonus: Elijah inspected both doors, tuned them up (for free), and took the time to help me troubleshoot a wifi-connectivity issue that I've had for years. Again, for free. He talked me through things I can do to help keep my doors and openers running for years WITHOUT needing him to come out. Who does that? That's putting the customer over money. Elijah is the best, fairly priced, personable, and went well above and beyond. He has a customer for life and one that will send everyone possible his way.

Elijah did a wonderful job installing a new garage door. He is truly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. After installing the garage door, he helped my wife and I set up the WIFI app to control the garage door. He fully explained my options over the phone, and when he arrived, he had the new door on the truck and the new garage door opener. His price was very reasonable. Thanks again for the excellent job!

Elijah was very knowledgable, found and fixed the problem quickly, and did a once-over to make sure everything else was working correctly. He found the springs weren't the correct springs for our door, but said they were good enough. He definitely did not push unneeded repairs and charged us the minimum.

Wow! The Spring Kings came to fix my old 90s garage and did a great job. Then months later to no fault of the Spring Kings my spring snapped. They came within 15 minutes to help me safely close my garage door and in less than 24 hours from my panicked call, I have a beautiful new garage door and motor ( or whatever that is called). They did this all while I was at work and made it so easy because Elijah is so friendly and trustworthy. I was given updates and pictures when he was finished.
