Had 3 garage doors installed, one has a bent panel and another doesn't have locking device, it has been almost a year and still has not come to fix even though I call and remind them. They always say they will be there next week but next week doesn't come. WHAT A RIP OFF! Find someone else.
These guys were "Johnny on the spot!" I called for help with my garage door remotes not working and they showed up within an hour! Very pleasant and helpful! If I need service again, I know where to go!!
Terrible experience been battling almost a month to get door fixes properly still not done. Never again.
I called C & D Garage Door, as my garage door spring broke making it very difficult to open the door. Monday morning I called and was given a 4 PM appointment, Dan called & came out at 11 AM! A blessing as it permitted us to run the errands that we needed to make later in the day. It took Dan 30 minutes to install 2 new springs. I cannot say enough about Dan and C & D Garage door. Very responsive, customer focused, extremely good technician (40+ years in the business), polite and HONEST ! Oh, by the way, the service was Only $185.00 ! Other garage door companies had great reviews referenced from their web sites, but not so good reviews on Yelp... C&D had all 5 star, and reflected their customer's heartfelt feelings. Do not bother to check anywhere else, C& D is the best and at the right price !
