Overhead door company in Fort Dodge are the best.My husband called them on Saturday night- Thanksgiving week because he was unable to close the garage door on his shed.Jerry and his crew arrived right away, work few hours in the cold snowing night and fixed the door! We appreciate them so much, job well done guys! We need businesses to learn from them about service and how to treat the costumers! Very highly we recommend them!

I had called and talked to the office person and asked if they charged for someone to come out and look at my garage door she said no they DID NOT CHARGE I had said I think it was something to do with the rollers and also explained to the office person that my husband has dementia and this was all new to me They came out WITH OUT notifying me put parts on and sent me a bill and the Garage door does not work I don't know at anytime that a service person comes without calling the home owner so they can be there and give their consent to put parts on and if you can afford the service and the parts because we live on a fixed income very Poor Business!!

Had my garage door fail over the weekend. Called Overhead Door Monday morning at 8am and they made it my house that afternoon. They diagnosed the issue (a broken spring and frayed cables) and replaced both springs and cables in about an hour. They didn't try and sell me services I did not need and they even lubricated the door mechanisms. Overall great same day service, fair pricing, and courteous interactions. Only suggestion would be to make sure you call the customer before showing up. 10/10 would recommend.
