Average joes gave me a quote that was cheaper than the other companies I called. Said they could be here Friday. Friday came and I messaged to get and ETA. Then said they could make it Monday which they also did not do. Finally came out Tuesday, later than he said he would be here. The quote had also gone up over 100 dollars. They asked if I needed new weather stripping with the door and it was included in the cost. I said that would be great but also did not get new weather stripping. Would not recommend.
Showed up on time, very professional and polite. He fixed our garage door quickly. He has gained a life long customer. Price was very reasonable
Had a torsion spring break and needed a repair asap. Joseph answered his phone on a Saturday evening and came out to fix the door on Sunday. Great service. Would recommend.
I gave Joe a call and he saved me from a company that was trying to rip me off by telling me I need all new garage doors when all I needed was a new spring and some door adjustments. Joe fixed my door and it works better than it ever has. He is an honest guy who does great work. We will definitely be using him in the future!
Very very pleased we ordered a insulated garage door he said it would be about a week his supplier had the door but not insulated so he called an said it would be a day or two and they would have it out here and up well the supplier ran out of insulation he called said it would be another day so the next day he showed up with the door put it up everything was perfect then he ( said no charge) for the extra days it took. Now that was the suppliers fault not his in no way but this man didn't want to take the money We felt he did a great job and mind you by his self no help. We were very pleased with the job and the man.
AVERAGE JOE GARAGE DOOR SUX I should have read the reviews. Took nearly 3 months start to finish to replace 2 garage doors. The day they were supposed to be installed, I get a text that says he has damaged (dented) a panel but it is "fixable". Then he said his "helper" took doors to Fayetteville. It took 4 visits to finish the mediocre (Average Joe) job. Excuses ranged from didn't have the seals, needed to run home and would have to order them, to had to pick up his kid. When the job was finally ready to be finished. He let my husband know he was in his way (which from experience could mean a few hours to next week). He entered my garage without coming to the front door because LOCKS don't come with his garage doors (neither do handles or rope). Finally got the white seals installed and his filthy hands left the rubber stained. Average Joe Garage Door is less than average in every way.
