Google1Technically I cannot comment on the quality of their products, their expertise, knowledge, etc. I called to have them come look at our malfunctioning door. Their sticker is on the side of the motor, so I called. I immediately got put on hold and sat there for over six minutes. When someone finally answered they greeted my by a name that wasn't mine. When I said that's not me, I was immediately put back on hold with no comment. After 2 more minutes I just hung up. Buyers beware.

Google5I had a issue with my garage door opener, called them. Went into the store, and I was able to get a new remote for my older model garage door. Great Company, great employees! Will be back again!

Google1Absolutely terrible customer service. They told us 2-3 weeks for the garage door to come in. After 3 weeks and no communication, we called. Left messages, talked to a guy who kept telling us Mike would call us that afternoon. Never received even 1 phone call from anyone. 2 weeks of trying to get someone to call us back so we are done and going with someone very reliable and LOCAL, Alma Garage Doors.

Google1Won't recommend at all. Our garage door was malfunctioning, I called them for service and they followed trial and error approach to diagnose the problem. The service guy came and said may be the sensor is at fault and also capacitor. He changed the capacitor and it worked when he tried to open and close few times. Now he had no clue, if the sensor was broken or not because changing capacitor helped. So he asked me to decide if I wan't to change the sensor or not ....How would I know ...!!!! So I did not change the sensor as it was working at least when the service guy was present... They charged me @$140 Again, after few days it started malfunctioning, when I called them, I was shocked with their response. They said we told you to decide if you want to change the sensor or not and you decided not to, so indirectly it is your problem. Then I bought the sensors at $55 from them and replaced. It didn't work ... Again, I called them and asked, do you really know what is the problem in it and got shocking response. They said MAY BE whole motor module need to be changed and asked me to decide what I want to do...They were never sure and asking me to decide what to do .... I was frustrated with their trial and error approach and to my surprise they accepted that they always diagnose like this with trial and error approach. This shows lack of competency in them. I then ended up changing the motor module. I am damn sure even the capacitor and sensor were not broken, they just replaced it as they had no clue how to diagnose the problem..

Google2I don't normally common, but with overhead garage I have to say that they are very cocky, I believed they in busy season. Any way, we had our property through a management company called schedule, the guy show up to install 2 new doors and found an electrical line run above and refused to do the work and left, he called the management and told them that line is high voltage even though the line had not live. They called and rescheduled for next Tuesday 31st. The thing that make me upset that they said to the management company that if they come back and see the line still there they will not install, we would have to buy the doors and call someone to install it. Not very friendly business doing. We had technician already cut and box the line, let hope they install them doors.

Google5Very satisfied with this company. The lady that answers the phones is great, she assisted me in troubleshooting my issue, and was quick to get a technician out to my rental property when needed. Technician was professional and got the job done in minutes. I won't hesitate to call them again.

Google1Not recommended. Staff were very friendly and helpful until something went wrong after you purchased it. Ordered fully insulated garage door and had to call them to come back out because Installer only put 1 or 2 bolt on one side of the rail and it was wiggling. Door got warped after 2-3 weeks of use. Called them to come back out again and they said it was my fault for using it manually. Pulling on it to close it, which something you would do to close it, but why would I use it manually when I just got the door and still works? Asked for the manager and the manager was the same guy that sold me the door and also the guy that came out. They wouldn't do anything so I called Corporate. Left messages after messages and nobody called me back. Called another company to give me an estimate if I replace the door. They said Overhead Door used thin metal on a heavy door(insulated) so it couldn't support the weight and that's why it warped. Paid premium price for a something only lasted a few weeks...still works but doesn't look good at all for the curb appeal.
