I have used them several times to fix our doors that they didn't even install very quick to get to us & great work! I've even had to call after hours & the lady Christy is always very nice & gets the guys out. Forward to now we just used them to install our new construction got us on the schedule & didn't have any issues the doors look great and work as they should. I highly recommend them for any garage issues you have, new build or just upgrade they will do you right!

Southwest garage door has come to my assistance not once but twice. They are so dependable - which is rare these days. I felt comfortable with the service man and he did an outstanding job. I rarely recommend a company but would not hesitate with them!

Awesome customer service! Responds quickly and gets the job done right! And Christi and Melissa are always so helpful. We've misplaced or destroyed several remote controls to our system and without fail, they are awesome at what they do and get us what we need. If you are n the market for a garage door, give them a call. You won't regret it!

The absolute nicest office staff! Christi was very knowledgeable about what I needed to link an older model door motor to a new remote. They could have easily told me I needed a new motor because mine was so outdated and I wouldn't have known the difference! Instead they were honest and saved me a lot of $$. I'm very thankful for this kind of service and honesty!

They were quick to get me on the schedule and even flexible when I had the call back to reschedule due to an oversight on my part. Mike arrived to my home at the time he said he would and quickly got the issue resolved. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The owner, John, came to do the initial measurements and sat down with me and gave me all options available. Just have to like this guys mustache...wished mine looked as good. John sent me pictures of what the doors would look like...right on the money. These doors were 12x10 doors, R19 insulating with the newest lift master technology. I wanted them to look like or similar to the ones on my home. Two weeks later they were in and the next day the crew was here to install them. Very professional employees and very knowledgeable. The new lift master door openers gave them a bit of a had time to program, but Bobby was right on it and the problem was resolved. If you need new garage doors on your home or business, I highly recommend this company. They have been in business for over 35 years for a reason ...look no further! We were such pain in the necks because we were so excited but Dan the installer kept us well informed throughout the whole process of installing the doors. Wasn't quite such about one area of the installation asked us and we told him to go for it. Well it turned out great. Very happy from the minute I called until the minute we received our remotes for the door openers. Even cleaned up after himself. (What man does that)??? If I ever need or recommend someone it will be SOUTHWEST GARAGE DOOR. Of coarse I haven't received the bill yet but that's how confident I am. Services Rendered: Sent out a salesman quoted a price. Even came back with a exact sample of the color I wanted on his way home from work. Very nice gentleman. The actual installer arrived bright and early. We were asking all kinds of questions (probably made him dizzy). Even helped us moved our "junk" out of the way.

Received an estimate on 11/20/13 from Josh, who was professional and very knowledgeable. I chose a color of door they had in stock and the work was done the following day by a different tech. I was pleased with the work and their responsiveness. A piece of the side trim was cut a little short--half-inch to an inch. I called them a few days later and they came out and replaced it later that day. Services Rendered: They installed a new insulated panel garage door, door opener, chain drive and keyless entry.
