Google5We had a large patio door replaced and two windows. The crew were great. Very respectful of keeping things clean both inside and out. There was a minor problem with a trim piece on the end of the door. A service man was out within a couple of days and fixed it easily. The door looks and works great. We are happy we chose Bushey's and will definitely use them again for other windows we need to replace.

Google5I had eight storm windows and two picture windows installed on my home. I made this a priority since I had some plaster damaged due to water getting in. Most of mine were missing or broken before I moved in. The process was seamless and a much better solution financially for me. Originally, I tried looking into fixing some of the windows. However, they could not be fixed without having the frames. If you are looking for storm windows, Bushey's is the only company I could find that could install them in Fort Wayne. I scheduled my appointment in the summer of 2023, and I was able to get them installed that October. The city helped them build a relationship with a dealer due to the historical homes in Fort Wayne. I had been told by multiple companies that they could get storm windows, but they found out they couldn't get them anymore. There was an aluminum shortage during the pandemic and big manufacturers like Larson stopped selling storm windows. Hopefully, this helps someone else if they just need storm windows. Bushey's installed my windows in record time in about two hours. The gentlemen were very nice. There was one basement window that broke during the install of a window above it, and Bushey's had that window fixed the following week by another company they work with. It says a lot about a company with how they handle things like that. I couldn't be more grateful to Bushey's for an alternative that saved me a lot of money and that kept my old inner wooden windows intact. Below is an image of a storm window from the outside, and there is a picture from the inside. The new storm window is on the left side of the indoor photo. It is much better than replacing all of the inner window panes in my opinion. Thank you to Jim and his team!

Google5Very pleased with Bushey's work. We had a Pella three panel sliding door replaced at our lake place. Their crew was on time, polite and professional. The end result was great, we love how the new doors turned out. I have to say all the Bushey people were great to work with from the start. Highly recommend, great people and excellent work,

Google5We replaced all of our casement windows. Extremely happy with the performance of our new windows. Noise from the exterior significantly decreased. Improved comfort inside due to more level room-to-room temperatures. The professionalism of all of the Bushey's personnel we dealt with was refreshing.

Google5Entire process from beginning to end with Bushey's has been professional AND personable. We have now experienced two peaceful installations two years apart and have high quality windows and a sliding glass patio door. We are already planning on our next home improvement project. We cannot wait to partner with Bushey's again.

Google5No high pressure sales. Explained the process and what they offer. Fair price and a great installation team that are employees not contractors

Google5We had all of the windows in our house replaced by Bushey's this summer. Our salesman was Jared L. He was patient and explained everything thoroughly. I was not an easy sell, and had every other window company out for estimates. Jared was the only one who took the time to thoroughly explain the parts of the windows, what their function was, and never pressured me into the sale. Most of the other companies wanted a decision immediately and did not explain the types of windows they offered other than that they were the "best". Bushey's was also the only company that did not have a generic set of stains to choose from. Rather they offered custom staining to match our wood work. When I expressed how much I did not like having would colored stain Jared mentioned I could have white installed. We ended up doing that and were also able to paint all of the trim in our house white as well. When the installers called to set up the appointment for the installation week, they were there as promised and on time. Chris H. Lead an impressive group of men all week in the blazing heat. These guys worked hard and fast. They were there bright and early every morning and never left the job for the day until what they were working on was complete. They cleaned up the outside of our house every afternoon and never left a mess inside where they were working. I did have a few questions after the installation is complete and Bushey's sen Tony B. to our house the next day to look things over. What I thought were issues were actually just adjustments that needed to be made on a few handles. Tony took care of that with ease, and a great sense of humor. At the beginning of this window process, I thought that Bushey's was going to be the most expensive. It turns out they were not the most expensive. They also have the absolute best warranty out of all of the companies we had come give estimates. They cover everything all the time. How much better can you get than that? Now I understand why we had so many friends recommend using Bushey's for our windows and we will certainly be recommending them to others as well.

Google5I want to give a shout-out to Jared Lencke and Bushey's Windows & Doors for doing an amazing job replacing my front door. This project was VERY long overdue. I'm pretty sure the existing door was original to the house (1965). It was drafty and ugly, not secure at all, and about 5 years ago I painted over the ugly seafoam green on one and never finished the project. This upgrade brought my house into the correct century. I also have to mention that Jared was able to get me the EXACT same product, same selections, plus a storm door and new garage window and save me literally THOUSANDS over another competitor. The price difference was jaw dropping and the quality of work is excellent. If you have a door or window project you need done you need to give him a call! Thanks, Jared! You guys killed it!!
