We have two gas fireplaces that were never used in 5 years, so he serviced them and provided us with a very thorough overview of how safe they were, and then he followed up with an explanation of how they work. We learned so much from him and are now comfortable enough to use them!! He had a great personality and we could tell he loves what he does!
