They installed 2 commercial garage doors with openers in 2017. Still working perfect today. I make sure to lube the rollers twice a year. Highly recommended.
I had no idea who to call the first time my garage door began to have problems. Happy accident - I called UpRight Door. Chris and his helper were here within 20 minutes and the door was fixed within an hour from my call. I couldn't believe it! Recently, I called about a broken spring and again received same day service. I expected down time to order parts but they had them on the truck. Chris and his helper completed the job within 30 minutes including some tension adjustments. They also checked the date on the motor to give me a little heads-up for the future. You get a sense of honesty and dependability from Chris and everyone at UpRight Door. Their work ethic and prices are beyond compare. Great Job Guys!
Great service! Called for broken garage door spring, they called back within 10 mins of me calling. They came out same day within 2hrs of me calling and got the door back to working order, job took them 30minutes to complete, would highly recommend!
I just had a great experience with Upright. I initially called to get my doors fix and I end up replacing the doors and system since they was very old and no worth to get fixed. Chris and his associate were great throughout the whole process, very efficient and processional. I would use them again.
Just had my garage door repaired after a torsion spring broke. I called them and in less than 20 minutes they were at my house. Had both springs replaced and they were in and out in 30 min. Great friendly service. Highly recommend.
Walked out of the house at 6:15 this morning, pushed the garage door opener button and crack, the spring broke. After searching Google I called a couple other companies, one with 24 hour service, but got no response. Then I called Upright, because they had 5 star reviews and was advised someone would be here at 8:30. Perfect! Chris and his partner arrived on time and quickly replaced the spring and bearing plates. Mission accomplished in about 30 minutes. Thank you UpRight! I always appreciate friendly and dependable service.

They have amazing lead times (our custom size, wood grain doors with windows came in within 4 weeks), excellent communication, quality install, and an owner who genuinely cares. We had a very unique situation. We ordered doors with a different company last summer, and after 6 months of waiting, being told our doors were delayed, we found out that our money was stolen and no doors were ordered. Kurt with Upright Door saw my post and reached out to me with advice, help, phone #s, even with nothing in return. So a month ago we decided to order doors again, and UpRight Door was our first choice. We were shocked at how quickly our doors came in. They were amazing to work with start to finish. Great customer care and service. Kurt took the time to explain and walk me through what was exactly taking place with the spring replacement. Upon completion of repairs, he and his coworker conducted a full inspection of both of my garage doors. They lubricared all applicable sites that needed attention as well as tightened all bolts that were loose. They went as far as to replace or install those bolts the were unserviceable or missing. Above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their service fees and rates were below market average in the area. It's nice to see a locally owned business such as this growing in today's market place.
Our overhead door was off its tracks and the cables were off of the pulleys. They had to replace latches and parts of the track. They were able to fit us in to their schedule and took a little over an hour to fix our door. From the first call to completion was little over 3 hours. They had another schedule job before us, but I'm sure they would have come right over if they didn't have other appointment. I highly recommend them for overhead door repair. Great company and workers!! Very pleased
My garage door spring broke last Thursday evening, rendering it impossible to even manually lift it up to move the car out, and my wife and I were to start our out of the state 4 day trip the next morning! Fortunately we found UpRight Garage Door Services via online search. The owner Kurt was working far in airport area at the moment, while my residence is across town in the north-east area. Kurt, upon learning our urgent need for help, promised that he could come as soon as his job there was done. Sure enough, Kurt showed up that evening; he fixed the garage door, performed 26 point preventative check, and offered very helpful maintenance tips. Kurt is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, patient and friendly. We cannot be happier to have Kurt provide the service, and will definitely recommend his company to anyone who needs his/her garage door taken care of. Great guys, great job. My garage door died, and was my main entrance to the house. Kurt added my job to the end of his already full day, so I wouldn't be put out. So I had him put a garage door on the guest house, and he came out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, because it was a custom order door and he thought it took to long for the company to get the out to him. The guys do great work, and even better customer service. Even helped me program my new opener so I can open it with my cell phone. Great price for the job too.
It's an individual and he was absolutely terrific. He gave me some instructions on how to keep it rolling and every year you have to put oil on it. He was so friendly and nice. Services Rendered: My garage door was not going up or down and I couldn't figure out why and he came and it was a simple, minor adjustment and there was no charge. Not even a service call.
After mentioning that I needed to get our garage door fixed at work, I was encouraged to reach out to Kurt with upright Garage Door Services. Despite a very positive referral, I still looked them up and found nothing but positive reviews. I called Kurt and he made himself available to meet that day on my schedule, which was well after most businesses are done for the day. As a fairly busy business professional, that was a welcome change from what I expected. Kurt and another employee arrived on time and did an exceptional job repairing the issue. In addition, they went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations by doing additional door maintenance, providing useful insight on how to maintain our garage door, and providing some education on what to expect moving forward. There was no extra cost for any of this. Very seldom do I find a company as committed to providing an exceptional customer experience as Upright Garage Door Services- it's becoming a lost art. I have a great deal of respect and appreciation for the few companies that provide exceptional service and value, and this company is among that small group who do. Kurt is awesome! I heard about him from a neighborhood app, but wasn't actively needing any garage door service. Then, on a Sat morning everything stopped working. Kurt called me back within 5 minutes, walked me through a quick fix & came over the next day & had it up & running in under an hour. He's a very nice, prompt & knowledgeable service provider & I highly recommend him!

Rather than charge me for a minor adjustment, he listened patiently to my description, talked me through a diagnosis, and explained clearly what was wrong and how to fix it. All is now well!
