Everyone at Loudoun Garage Door was very professional and nice to work with. Dawn helped us choose the style and color that we liked and that were acceptable to our HOA, and helped us decide on the level of insulation we wanted, and the features we wanted in the opener. Couldn't have gone any better. These folks are true professionals from the first call to the end of the job. I wish I could remember the names of the wonderful lady who promptly booked my appointment for the same day as well as the friendly, caring, highly skilled technician who quickly resolved my issue. There would be absolutely no reason for me to call anyone else in the future. Services Rendered: Garage door would not lock and brand new tenants were nervous due to valuables in their garage. Required an adjustment which allowed for locking.

Arrived promptly and was finished installing within about 90 minutes. My wife said he was very professional. Price quoted was exact amount paid. $300. Well worth the hassle of figuring out myself plus the safety issues. Services Rendered: Replace Double width garage door springs which had broken. These springs were located on a bar. The garage door would not open.
