Google2Don't call them. Period. They sent me a tech from best garage door llc. It was indicated that the broken torsion coil I needed had 3 price points, I currently had the middle price point and we agreed with that to the tune of $900 with a 15% discount. After the job was started, I was told that pulleys were also needed and the whole job could be done for $1000. Once those were installed, the tech told me that the actual opener is now faulty and that would cost $850 and dollars. I declined and he told me the garage door was heavy and I presumably wouldn't be able to lift it manually to get my car in and out. I told him that price was ridiculous and I can handle raising a door. He then "adjusted" some work on the torsion coils he had just installed and what do you know?! The opener worked! As a single woman, I feel as though an attempt was made to take advantage of me and that the tech attempted to sell me items that were unnecessary and well above reasonable prices. Someone I know just had an opener installed for $450 so I was already aware that the price was ridiculous. I also question if the pulleys were needed and question if he said they were in order to inflate the bill. Not to mention he was here about 30 mins and the parts aren't that expensive to warrant $1000 bill. I was not able to shop around because my car was stuck in the garage so I gave two stars because this company provided a tech the same day though it was not an emergency call. My fault after reading these reviews. Seems everyone has had similarly horrible experiences

Google1100% rip off, do not use this company they should be out of business and put in jail. They came to my house try to get advantage of my wife to replace things that are not even damaged and finish up for $250 and the door open 3 times, management is a joke. I'm posting a picture of the professional work, a 5vyear old have more skills than this clowns.

Google1They don't even deserve 1 star. The company tells you $19 to give you a diagnosis, the technician wants to charge $50. They started by asking for $950 to fix the garage door, and kept changing the price after I said no to fix it. Ended up asking for $250, change the sensors after they told me that was not the problem. The door was still not working, then the tech borrowed my ladder and screw driver, press something on the motor and the door started working, only to stop working again once he left. Been waiting for the company to send someone as they promised for a few days now and they don't even answer the phone. Tech ask to call him directly and not the company. I should have checked the reviews. Gastonia office has only 1 star. They are shady!!

Google1DO NOT CALL. I was ignorant and didn't do research. I panicked because our garage door was stuck. Guy showed up and just started doing work. He didn't say anything about price. He fixed the issue (we hope) with a new opener. I discovered after the fact he marked it up 4 times it's actual price. I'm an idiot. Don't be an idiot find someone else. These guys are fraudulent with their prices.

Google1DO NOT CALL Olympus Garage Door Repair, they overcharge and will tell you they need to replace parts that do not need to be replaced. Had a broken spring that needed replaced, nothing else, new construction home, tech kept saying that parts needed to be replaced at unrealistic pricing. Once I realized that Olympus was scamming me, I asked the tech to leave, and had to ask at least 3 times, each time more sternly and finally the tech left when I had the local police on the line. Yes, and the police arrived as soon as the tech left. Terrible experience. I contacted Overhead Garage Door, they came out and fixed the broken spring at a reasonable price. Told me that all other parts did not need to be replaced, that they are in perfect operating condition. Olympus doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating they are the most UNETHICAL company I have ever experienced.

Google1Stay away from this company. BBB rating is an F. Yelp reviews are horrible. I wish I had done research before calling them in a hurry. The "technicians" that were sent were from a third party and were inexperienced to say the least. I was grossly overcharged and when they left, my garage door was still not functioning properly. They wanted me to spend more money and replace the brand new opener. At this point, I couldn't wait for them to leave. I solved the remaining problem myself by reprogramming the opener. If I didn't know more than they did, I would be paying even more than I did for needless repairs. Be fore warned.

Google1All around horrible experience, the sales person that came to my house was very pushy trying to get me to sign off to get new garage door. Then had to call them the day if install to remind them that they were supposed to install the door. (Mind you i already put money down). Then the incorrect ways the door was installed ( they used the wrong size tracks so the door would not go up all the way. Then the door that came was a 7 foot 3in door should have been a 7 foot door. And the door wouldn't even shut all the way with a big 2 in. Gap across the top of the door. Used incorrect top brackets crack at top of door. What a waste of 3 grand.... had to have other company come out with correct tracks and proper hinges to make door shut all away around. In the end had to pay another grand from second company for correct 8 foot tracks, install the corect Low Headroom Quick Turn Brackets. Only gave them one star cause couldn't give them zero.

Google1Total rip-off. Charged $270 to replace sensors at the door that protects harm from door closing on kids. Light was blinking and I could not get realigned. I looked up fixes and it suggested that a switch had been tripped. It should have been reset at the main garage door box. Was quoted $400 to replace sensor signal in the box or $250 to replace the beam sensors at the floor...a new garage door opener completely installed would be less!!!
