Google5Ideal service experience: Checked all the boxes! Appointment for next morning, called to confirm when en route, arrived on time, had all the professional tools and experience. Promptly serviced our double overhead (hurricane-rated) door. Trevor was professional, polite and proficient. Made me very comfortable with time and materials basis. Plan to use them for periodic maintenance.

Google5Overhead Door installed my garage door 7+ years ago. When I had a problem opening the door, they came the next day and fixed it. Jay was personable, competent, and professional. I definitely recommend this company.

Google5Overhead Door and their technician Trevor came out on a moment's notice and fixed our garage door. Trevor even did a tune up on it free of charge. Trevor was professional, courteous, and efficient and our garage door was like new when he was done. Thank you! Highly recommend Overhead Door!

Google5Overhead Door was out within less than 24 hours to fix a broken spring. Professional, thorough, and efficient - we were back in action with access to our garage very quickly! Bonus was the additional maintenance and excellent explanation of the situation. Highly recommend!

Google5The service technician, Trevor, was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem with my garage door and gave me the best solution to solving the problem. Very experienced in this business!! Washington Overhead Door is first class. I would highly recommend them.

Google5Guys at Overhead Door where extremely responsive as they said they could come out w/i 24 hours. They did and then walked me through the options and did the install in a reasonable time frame and did a great job walking me through the features of the systems specifically the wireless/web part. Had an issue with one of the new remotes not working and Trevor came back the next day and figured out that it was not correctly paired and fixed. Very responsive. Would very much recommend them to anyone.

Google5Overhead Door Co came to replace my garage door opener and Zach Conley did an excellent job. He came exactly when I was told he would arrive. Explained everything in detail. Also Jessica who I made the service call with was very upbeat and helpful and scheduled my appointment for the next day.

Google5Working with Overhead Door Company was a hassle-free experience. We like that :) The original measurement guy wasn't very friendly but that was the only negative. Otherwise, they were prompt with the estimate, but not aggressive in their follow-up. Also, they were on target with their install date (so rare with contractors!) And the install crew of 2 guys were friendly and hard working. Such a great experience!
