Who knew garage door installation was an art and a science...not only were they knowledgeable, they were also helpful. My garage door had always made a horrible racket but I thought that was normal...but then it didn't want to close any more so I called the Geeks. They were out the same day, fixed what had been an improperly installed door and now it works like a charm and is quiet compared to what it once was. And the cost was reasonable! Thanks.

Able to schedule repair quickly. Tech called prior to arrival with an ETA and was done with minor fix before I knew he was here. Price was more than fair considering tech had to come during less than optimal weather conditions!

I have been a homeowner for 30 years, Dan was one of the most proficient technicians to perform service at my residence. I called about a specific problem, Dan did a full service on my garage door, addressing at least 5 other components to ensure peak efficiency. Dan demonstrated knowledge of the trade and was very efficient with his tools. The other places I called didn't even call me back.

Torsion spring broke on my garage door, in turn unraveling the side cables to the point I couldn't close our garage door all the way. Ended up having to cut the cables so we could shut it, then went straight to Yelp to find someone to come out. If you're looking for an honest, fair priced, and no high pressure I highly recommend using Garage Door Geeks. Joey was able to fit me in and showed up earlier than expected, with a call saying he was 10 mins out. I didn't think he would be able to fix anything same day, but he did. It was quick, painless and fair. I will recommend him to anyone I know from this point forward, even gave our realtor his name. If you're debating on who to go to, stop here. Go back and get the phone number and call. You won't be disappointed!

The online appointment time setup was very easy to use. The response time was very quick. I'm very impressed. The appointment time was convenient but I know that can vary. Jeffrey was able to come earlier and called me to see if he can come earlier which was a nice plus. While he was able to find the problem and fix the problem the same day, he also explained how my setup could possibly cause issues due to my house design but he was also forthcoming with the fact that due to my garage door size it most likely wouldn't be a problem unless I open and close my garage door 30 times a day. If prompt response time, good call back etiquette, and honesty are your thing then this business is for you.

Very polite and competent service. The owner of the businesses made sure I had choices with regards to which components absolutely needed replacement and which could be used for a few more years. The new garage door motor and could are much more quiet than the previous system which was a spring system.
