Google5We experienced our garage giving way and needing immediate attention. After intentional research I cam accross Sposty Garag. Late evening I placed a request for a call back to schedule service. They contacted me first thing in the morning to attempt to fit me in and they were able to accommodate me before the weekend in time before inclimate weather. Charlie Jr came over and throughly worked on repairing our garage. The attention to detail and custom tweaks really showed their care and knowledge behind durability. We are overjoyed they were able to bring us such relief in a shirt period of time. Highly recommend them if you are looking for quality care and service.

Google5We had a broken spring and Charlie came over and did an amazing job of replacement/repair. We also added a new opener for our 2nd garage (which was previously only used in manual mode). Charlie tightened new door switches and also added two new bottom door seals which came out perfectly. Before leaving, Charlie did a full inspection and showed me the areas to lube/maintain doors. N Spotsy Garage Door is your go-to choice for service! Special thanks again to Charlie and the company overall.

Google5My house is about 13 years old now and I haven't had my automatic garage door serviced in a very long time. Charlie came by today and took care of everything. He was also very professional, knowledgeable, and a great person to talk to. I will be using Spotsylvania Garage Doors from this point on for annual service and for when the time comes for a new garage door. Thanks again!

Yelp5Huge shout out to SGD and their team- we contacted them about replacing the garage door and the service they delivered was hands down exemplary from meeting Charlie, Jr to installation by Devon and Ronnie. Kind, funny and professional! Garage door was ordered and installed a week later. Highly recommend this company!!

Google5Needed a garage door spring replaced, Charlie arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and talked through all the options/choices available. I went with his recommendation. Even took the time to educated me on spots to service to ensure the garage door operates smoothly. Will refer this company to family and friends!

Google5What a GREAT experience to have a garage door placed WITH GLASS, and then the owner changes her mind, and the wonderful installers had NO PROBLEM and moved the glass lower, so the dogs could look out!!!Thank ya all so much!! Google5When I called , Rachel was very easy to talk to and has such a great spirit, communication was clear and finalizing the quote was very clear. I asked questions and everything was explained in total detail. The delivery schedule was very quick (to me). The workers that installed the door cleaned up as they went along and left no trash for me to clean. Yelp5My garage door opener decided to break a big spring in the middle of the night. It made such a racket that my dogs freaked out. Now my car was trapped in the double garage. I called "Spotsylvania Overhead Doors" when they opened. A technician came over in record time and lifted the door to free my car. Then we made an appointment for the next day to install a new door opener. Everyone is extremely polite and knowledgeable. The installers answered my questions and left my garage neat and clean. One technician even programmed my car to the new system! I highly recommend this local business

Google5My Spring broke in half on my garage door , so I called my son . "Hey do you think we can fix this ? He said" maybe but somethings we need to leave to the professionals. Which is exactly what I got ! Spotsylvania Overhead Garage Doors came and changed my spring and this individual was kind courtious and on time. The rate was good as well , I would HIGHLY recommend them to the community , but I think the community already knows them. If you are ever in need to repair parts or a whole garage door addition , this is the place to call . Thank you so much Charlie ! Yelp1I recently contacted overhead doors for a price on a garage door opener. I did like the price that they quoted me so I went fourth with the insulation date. The first date that they came out they did not have the right supplies for the job on their truck. They did rescheduled for a couple of days later. That morning I had an unexpected family emergency and I called the company to pay the bill over the phone which I did and my oldest son was home to let them work on the garage while I was not home. They did contact me when they were finished as I asked them to leave the instructions with my oldest son. When I got home later that day I was looking through the the information that was left and did not find the remote to the garage. I called the company's office and no one answered the phone. I finally called the technician that called me to let me know that the install was complete. He told me that he might have left it on the back of the truck after I looked all around the garage for the remote and I did not find it. The technician told me that he would have to get another remote and bring it back to me the following day which was a Friday. Needless to say I waited on him till 5:00 pm and I got no phone call and no show. I called the office and there was no answer. I called the technician and there was no answer. Saturday I filled out a form asking someone to call me back and expressed what my issue was. No return phone calls. Sunday I went to Lowes and brought a universal remote and programmed it myself. That Monday morning I looked up the address to overhead doors and took a ride to their main office. Needles to say that the address was in spotsylvania but it was to an apartment complex. I them looked on there main website for an address and it took me to a house that was located on back roads in spotsylvania. After a half of tank of gas and three hours of trying to find this office I gave up and went back to lowes and brought another universal remote. Needles to say I never got a call back about the lost remote and I had to spend an extra 70.00 on remotes from lowes. I will not contact this company again to install or fix my garage if it shall every break. I rather go with the more expensive company to get better service. I will not sure spotsylvania overhead doors again. Be cautious about this company.

Yelp5Had new door and opener installed yesterday 11/4/15. I was very pleased with the job and it was obvious that this company does quality work. There price was also very competitive. The owner, Charlie was very nice to deal with. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing garage door service or replacement.

Yelp5Charlie was just here to replace the springs for my garage door. I called this morning and they were able to come the same day. The service was fast, they were on time, and the price was excellent. They even repaired part of my door that was loose--no extra charge! I will definitely use them again!
