This is the third time I have used Trinity Garage Doors... Great job, on time, and friendly. My garage door spring broke, Anthony came out during the holidays, did a temp repair because my springs were oversize, then came back out after the New Year. I would hire him every time!!!
Anthony came out early in the morning and solved multiple problems with my shop's garage door. He was thorough, systematic, and efficient. He does outstanding work and I would recommend him to anyone.
When my neighbors garage door became compromised on this last Labor Day weekend I tried to contact several companies to provide assistance. They either never responded or dropped off the planet. Trinity Garage Doors not only responded immediately but kept in contact whenever we had a question and adjusted their schedule to accommodate us. Totally professional, very knowledgable and completed the job quickly. Great Company!!!
Approximately 3 yrs ago this business replaced garage door springs.. a spring broke, l called and made an appointment the next day to have this business fix ic and never showed up and wouldn't answer phone.. Avoid this business, can't be relied on!
Trinity was the third company I called for estimate to replace both, my garage door and the opener. I spoke to Anthony on the phone on a Sunday. Their estimate was hundreds lower than the other two companies and he agreed to be out the next morning. After checking his reviews (all 5 stars), I went with them. Anthony showed up exactly on time as scheduled. He took his time, did EXCELLENT work and made sure I was up on all the features of the new door before he left. He is honest and friendly, and has EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I ABSOLUTELY will recommend him to anyone who needs garage door service!
Had a spring in my garage door break over the weekend. I sent an email on a Sunday night to Trinity just letting them know I wanted to get a quote the following day for replacing it. I wanted to get "just one more quote." Boy, an I glad I did!! They answered THAT NIGHT and gave me a quote that was BETTER than the three other local companies. Then, they made an appointment for the very next morning - talk about convenient. The technician who came out was FANTASTIC!! He was extremely informative and even checked out the other parts of our door and opener. His conclusion was that everything was actually in great shape. I couldn't have asked for anything more. If I ever have any other problems with my garage door, I'm definitely calling Trinity, and you should too!
Trustworthy and responsive small business owner. Experienced and competent garage door installer and repairman. I hired Anthony of Trinity Garage Doors to convert my residential garage door to a high-lift track setup with a wall-mounted opener in preparation for installing a 2 post car lift in my home garage w/ 12 ft ceilings. Anthony had to design and build the track setup because of this custom installation. I hired Anthony after an initial in-home consultation because I was impressed with his knowledge in different brands and types of garage doors and openers. I also liked that he is easygoing and doesn't mind taking the time to explain details of his approach to a repair or installation. Anthony takes his job seriously and works efficiently and carefully. The new door motor and tracks are adjusted properly and the door raises and lowers smoothly and quietly. I will definitely use Anthony again for my garage door needs and will recommend him.
I contacted Trinity Garage after I had moved into my new home in Fredericksburg. They provided great customer service and Anthony did a great job at explaining the issue with my garage door system. I had originally asked to schedule a discounted tune up special I saw on their website, but after describing the issue Anthony advised he should come out for a free estimate because the tune up did not sound like the solution to my problem. His quote was within my price range and I was very satisfied with his work. I like to support small businesses and Anthony/Trinity has definitely earned a lifelong client. Great job!
Great service and support. Contacted their company email 7:00PM and responded same night. Came and fixed the issue the next day and price was fair and reasonable. I will use them again
Anthony did a terrific job for us. Our garage door suddenly refused to close on a Saturday afternoon during a snowstorm. We called around to several repair companies, but no one would come out on the weekend. However, Anthony at Trinity Garage Doors agreed to come out within just a few hours. He showed up right on time just as he had promised. He spent a lot of time fixing our problem. He was very thorough and we could not have been more pleased with his work. His price was very reasonable, too. If you call this company, I believe you will be as happy as we were with his work.
Anthony, the owner, came out to repair my collapsed door within 2 hours of the call. CAREFULLY, and patiently he methodically realigned my door and straightened the bent track. The door was ready to crash to the floor with only 1 overextended roller supporting it, but Anthony's careful efforts got everything back and working. He then secured the spring supports with new bolts which the builder's installers never put in, explaining the collapse would never have occurred had they been installed. Trinity's invoice was very reasonable, basically just a service call fee, even though he spent 90 minutes, even doing an opener adjustment of it's belt, and lubing the rollers. GREAT service, and really made an upsetting situation a very "faith in mankind" moment that isn't always there with service techs.
My garage door spring broke in the evening; I found Trinity online and filled out the online form for service. I was contacted about 15 minutes later and then was told to expect service the next afternoon. Anthony arrived that afternoon as promised and was friendly, efficient, and professional. He performed the work needed to fix my door in a timely manner. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. All in all a fantastic experience.
