Soooo a car got driven into my garage door at midnight one night , of coarse wishing someone can come that same night was prob impossible given it was alm Quickly I jumped on Yelp to see who can come to my rescue. Big valley garage door came to the rescue He contacted me very early in the am and came out the same day to give me an estimate 2 days later my garage door is brand new and looking great. I appreciated his timely responses, and his great work.

Reached out to them on Yelp and received a prompt response. We were told our garage door would have to be replaced by another company for a lot of $$$. Which seemed sketchy. Big Valley was able to come out within a few days and had the problem fixed within an hour. Great customer service and fair prices. Definitely would use again.

I was told this would be a free estimate, I thought it was going to be the motor because the door would open and close sporadically. Once the door opened it would take quite a few attempts to get it to close They came out 6/5/2021 and found the light sensors were dirty and needed to be cleaned. He figured this out as soon as he opened the garage door. . He cleaned the sensors and got it working again in 2 minutes. I asked how much this was going to cost and he said to hold on he was going to lube the door. All he did was spray the main spring. Again all done in 2 minutes. I was charged $125.00. Other companies were going to chage a $65.00 estimate fee. Based on the little time and work it took him, I would have expected a much lower fee. He was knowledable and fixed it right away but somehow I think a $65.00 estimate and the time it took to fix this would have been cheaper with another company than $125.00 I paid Big Valley door.

I was in a pinch when my garage door springs had broken. I contacted Big Valley Garage Doors through Yelp around 7 am before they opened and they responded right away. I was instructed to call James, who answered immediately and said he would get back to me. He got back to me and was able to come help me out, bringing along another gentlemen (I believe his name was Nick). They fixed it in less than 45 minutes and provided me with information to properly care lubricate the parts of the garage door to prolong the life of the springs. They also informed me of things that may need attention later on.. I definitely recommend these guys for your garage door needs. Thank you guys for helping me out and making the whole process easy.

This company is awesome all around! We had two sets of single doors that they converted into extra wide double doors. They gave us an excellent deal and put them in very quickly! James and Brian are like family! They really care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure that they are happy. Right after the install my dad backed into one of the doors and crushed a panel. These are custom panels, without even asking, James ordered and extra panel and installed it! What company does that? They do!!! Take my word for it, these people are awesome!!!! One big door is WAY better than two little doors!!! Definitely worth the investment!!

Sent a web request for a an estimate late Sunday evening. Got a call first thing Monday morning. They came out fixed my garage the next day. Price was super reasonable, they did fast quality work. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

They responded quickly, I called on a Friday evening and they had some one out the next morning Saturday. They scheduled the door replacement the following work week. The door looks great the price was awesome and the service was friendly. Call Big Valley Door for all your door needs !!!!!

My garage door spring was broke on weekend around 3: 30 pm. Called several places and found out no one could come and fix today. I called Big Valley Garage. The person stop what he was doing and came to fix my problem. He said around 5 pm he could come. He came on time. He explain the problem and fix it less than 30 minutes. He was very quick. The price was very reasonable. I do recommend to anyone who has problem with the garage door.

It went very well and I am extremely satisfied by the customer service provided by Red and the repair service provided by James. James was very professional, patient and super efficient, as he was able to get my garage door opener working within about 10 minutes of being apprised of my problem with it. He was very professional, quick and efficient. Within 45 minutes or so he'd completed the work and made sure the door handled correctly. Much improved the operation of the door. If the motor fails, he'd be the one I'd call to replace it. Services Rendered: I have American Home Shield, but when James arrived he said he'd checked with them and my garage door wasn't covered. I explained that I was mostly concerned that after 9 years, the door was making lots of noise and was sometimes unresponsive. James got AHS to lower my regular service fee by $50., and asked whether I'd like the rollers replaced and the big spring tightened. The motor was still working, so he didn't recommend replacement yet.

Late on Fri. afternoon my automatic garage stopped working and I discovered that one of the springs was broken. A relative recommended Big Valley Garage Door so I gave them a call. The next day being Christmas Eve I was concerned that I might have a problem getting the door fixed. However, Mario, from Big Valley Garage Door came out at 9 AM the next morning and made the necessary repairs. He had the required parts and tools and finished in about 45 minutes. Services Rendered: Garage door springs were replaced because one of them broke.
