Fantastic! My garage door spring broke late on a Sunday night. I called the company that originally installed the door and left a voice mail, but I figured I wouldn't hear from them until Tuesday (Monday was the MLK holiday). A family member recommended Chris at Mammoth Garage Door. I called Chris Monday around noon. The work was complete by 3:30p. Nate (technician) was friendly and professional. Upgraded spring, upgraded rollers, adjusted the chain tension, and lubed everything. BETTER than new. Quieter. I love the upgraded rollers with the ball bearings. I'll tell family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to call Mammoth Garage Door. Thanks!

They were quick and responsive. Someone came out the same day on Friday to find the issue causing my garage door to not open in the mornings. Technician quickly determined that the motor was the issue. It was maxed out trying to lift up the door. Got appointment scheduled for the following Monday morning to replace with a belt driven motor. Installation was great. Technician communicated everything clearly and walked me through all the new functions. Will definitely refer everyone I know to Mammoth.
I only make reviews when I really appreciate the service i get from a business or i am not happy at all because of poor service. In the case of Mammoth garage, I am definitely satisfied of the work they have done, from start to finish. Looked in google for some garage door businesses with high reviews and took a chance from 3 companies i listed. Out of the 3, Mammoth garage gave me the best price, responded quickly and didn't charge anything to have someone come out and give a quote. Chris responded and communicated in a timely manner and Nick who installed the garage was honest and made sure that he himself was satisfied of his work. I contacted Chris on a Wednesday and got my new garage door installed the next day. If there's someone out here looking for garage installers, better believe in the 5 star rating of these guys. Highly recommended.
This is the second time I have used Jose and Mammoth Garage Door in the past two years. Both times, the service and price was so much better than expected. Today, I called Jose at 8:15 A.M. and the job was completed by 11:00 at a price that was pleasantly surprising. This is an outstanding company with great people!

The owner spoke with me at length over the phone, received pictures that I sent him over text, and then spoke with me further on the phone once a possible solution had been found. He invested time in my problem to research options as well as reach out to his team to come up with a cost saving option that I really appreciated. On the day of servicing, a tech arrived (not the owner) in a timely manner, and was professional and very brisk about his work, and even did a couple of extra little things to improve the condition and operation of the other garage door. I was very pleased with his professional demeanor and work, and I'm very grateful to the owner for the time he invested in me a couple of days before hand to make sure a good solution was ready to go. Based in this initial experience, I highly recommend Mammoth Garage Doors. P.S. no picture included because the garage door works great now and there's no before and after to show! :-) It wasn't working and then they worked on it and now it works at least as good as new!

When all fails call Mammoth! My garage door spring unexpectedly broke today. I called numerous businesses and finally Chris from Mammoth garage door answered. He was very knowledgeable and told me he could get a technician within an hour. When technician arrived he got straight to work and completed the job. I liked working with Chris. He is reliable, upfront, and takes the time to explain the whole process in detail. I had an odd sized door with the height and headroom clearance. He followed up with me and was able to make it happen for a very reasonable price.
I will never use another Garage Door company again. Mammoth is my go to forever. My mom called Chris at Mammoth about my garage doors getting stolen out of my car the night before. He was so attentive and quick to send someone to my home. My husband recently passed and I felt so unsafe with someone out there with access to my home! Chris and Jose sympathized with my situation and made me feel so special. They even discounted me out of the kindness of their own hearts. Chris and his team really went the extra mile for us! We had a faulty unit, and they tried several sources to find a replacement board, then contacted the manufacturer to get a free replacement opener. They were very flexible with the scheduling of our repairs when we had a trip out of town. We have a brand new unit with features that we didn't have before. Works great! Thanks, Chris!
Mammoth Garage Door was recommend to us by our son who used them in the pass and was pleased. We had them come out in July. I thought I had already written a review. But didn't see it. Just had my garage door serviced and the weather stripping replaced by Mammoth Garage Door. Chris was great and very professional. I highly recommend! He also had the best prices from the other quotes I received! Services Rendered: Called because the weather stripping on the bottom of the garage door needed to be replaced. The price was reasonable and included adjusting the garage door and lubricating and adjusting the spring.

I called Mammoth Garage Doors because they were one of two companies that I could find that did emergency service in the Fresno area. I had to leave a message on the company's voicemail. Within ten minutes, Chris returned my call. He told me exactly when he would arrive. He was very punctual. Chris told me exactly how much it would cost for every part. Before he started, I knew exactly how much the completed repairs would cost. I was impressed by his friendliness and integrity. I had him replace BOTH overhead springs and both of the two large overhead wheels, and check the overall condition of the other parts of my garage door. Chris is a professional and fair business person. We had a metal garage door that was dented in several places. I solicited a few bids, but Chris was the only one who suggested replacing just the panels that were damaged. He matched the brand and color perfectly.
