Great service. Great prices. Had them out to service my garage door and add some support to a saggy garage door. Unfortunately for me they had to come out against the next week to fix a broken spring but they made it right and gave me a great price which I really appreciated. I can see why they have great reviews. Thank you!

Eric and Diana are super and very professional! I very, very rarely write reviews and only after extraordinary experiences. This is one (two) of those moments. I've worked with them twice recently...both for warranty work, which is often hit or miss as far as quality...and, sadly, honesty. A different company based in the Bay Area that does work in Fresno area tried to upsell us and when we didn't agree they reported the garage door problem was outside of warranty. After I ironed that out with my home warranty company, they sent Phillips. Suffice it to say, they fixed the problem (belt replacement) with no pressure. My opener is old and a couple months later it failed again for other reasons (motor going out). They showed up same day and delivered on the repair a couple days later. It was quick and transparent. It was professional and service oriented. This is definitely a 5-STAR outfit. No need to shop around. Keep up the great work Phillips!

New Year's Eve , 1 of 2 garage door springs broke. I texted Phillips Garage Door and was able to schedule a tech dispatch for Jan 2. The tech , Manny, came by earlier than scheduled (I texted Phillips Garage Door that I was available and they can come before the scheduled time). Manny was awesome. Had the proper tools , knowledge and experience to replace both the springs in a timely manner. I loved the easy way I was able to book the appointment and the Phillips Garage Door team were very accommodating. This was probably the 2nd or 3rd time I've used them. Even if they are die hard Raider Fans, They are still my go to company for Garage issues. (I'm a 9er fan, lol).

Office staff responded promptly to schedule an appointment with service technician. Several days later the broken garage door spring was replaced. Within 20 mins. job was completed. We truly recommend this company.

Fantastic customer service. The rep pointed out the broken pieces with my garage and explained the requirements to fix it up. Roughly 30 minutes later my garage is fully functional again. Short story- estimate was accurate, great customer service, and knowledgeable staff to get the job right the first time. .

I want to take this time to thank Phillips Garage Door. Our home owner warranty insurance had sent someone from another company that quoted us thousands to replace our garage door. As new homeowners and pretty new to this weren't sure what to do about our door. We told the guy we would shop around. So 4th of July with a broken door I asked for quotes on yelp and Susan Phillips was the first person to reply to me mind you it's 4th of July. She gave me a very reasonable quote was very nice, patient, helpful and honest. They sent out the technician on Thursday after 4th of July and had our door fixed and running fast and for way less than the other group had quoted. I 100% highly recommend Phillips Garage Door for all your garage service needs. I most certainly will use them in the future.

Our garage door broke, coming completely off the track and wouldn't budge. Long story short, it was a Friday morning and we were heading out of town for a week. Diana, who answered the call, was very helpful and understanding to the urgency of our concern. Eric was able to come out early that afternoon and got us taken care of within 20 minutes. I was truly surprised we were able to get someone out that day. Other places I called haven't even responded yet (as of the next day, Saturday) Price was more than fair (actually really reasonable). I highly recommend calling them for your garage door needs.

I called my insurance to put in a claim for my garage door and asked my insurance what company would help me, I called them directly, Dianna was super nice and made a phone call to see if they can squeeze me in, and sure enough they did. Eric came in and fixed my door. Everything was done with an hour of me calling them. I would highly recommend them. Thank you guys for the quick work.

Mike Phillips came out and gave an estimate for a replacement door on a 1952 house, he recommended a model and later emailed us a written version with links to the company he uses to select the color and any other upgrades. We placed the order and within two weeks it was ready for delivery and installation. The installation guy came out and did the job in about three hours. They were all on time, answered all our questions, including the lady on the phone. The job went very well and I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
