My tenant ran into the garage door post. Phoenix helped coordinate with a couple of recommended contractors who handled the wall, frame and stucco repair, while they handled the garage mechanism. They were very helpful on the phone. Helpful with the insurance company paperwork. Good communication, reliable, and a fair price. Quick work and quick to come do an estimate.

We had some work done about a year ago by Michael and we were extremely happy with the fair price and the quality of the job. A couple of days ago we had an emergency with one of our garage doors and he came within 30 minutes and resolve the emergency. He returned the next day to fix the situation permanently and again, he did a great job at a very fair price. He is very knowledgeable.

My garage door glass broke and I called few other companies. One company wanted to replace the whole garage door and said it wont get fixed for less then 2800$ but Michael who was great did it for 300$. He is very efficient and doesn't take advantage of the situation to make money off of you. I have recommended him to my friends.

Great experience working with Mike the owner. My garage spring broke over the weekend. Mike was able to schedule me in the following Monday. He was also able to accommodate my parent's garage, which coincidently broke down the same day as my appointment. Prompt responses, personable and quality service at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more from a garage service technician. Would definitely recommend to others.

Our spring broke on our garage door and we called to get a quote. We left a voicemail and received a call back in less than 5 minutes. Michael is very friendly and gave us a quote over the phone. Our spring broke Friday night, we called him on Saturday afternoon after realizing our American Homeshield Insurance Policy only covers the garage door opener (had to read the fine print). He came out Monday and replaced the spring. Michael knows what he's doing. He's fast, efficient and we highly recommend. We paid what he quoted. We will definitely be calling him again if we have any other issues in the future.

My garage door needed servicing because some of the door came off the rail this morning. I called Phoenix Garage Door service. When I reached out to them the phone was answered right away, the owner Michael was super polite, courteous and professional. I was able to get a same day appointment. Michael was at my house within an hour. He was able to fix my door in a short amount of time. I really appreciate that he took the time to fully explain everything that he repaired and added to the door. I've been in my house for three years and I can honestly say my garage door has never ran this smooth. I will 100% use Phoenix Garage Door in the future if I ever need any more garage door servicing. I will definitely refer him to any family and friends that need garage door service also.
