Terrible company. We placed an order with them and were told it would take a week to receive the materials. 11 days later we chased them only to find out they never even bothered to order the materials. We had paid a deposit. They dropped the ball and basically couldn't care less. Got a bunch of excuses as well. Waste of time dealing with these folks. Stay away unless you want a bunch of hassle. Would never attempt to use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. No wonder they have so many 1 star reviews everywhere.

This company is a scam!!Spring on garage door replaced in July 2022 , same spring broke 6 months later Was supposed to be covered by warranty, same tech arrived *****, we discussed how the same spring broke and he agreed to replace with a stronger spring When it came time for warranty discussion he aggressively said I was confused and put on invoice that it was opposite spring so I had to pay for it, which I did to get him out of my house!Called the company for a refund and *** said there were no managers available and she didnt know when they would be in!!! She refused a refund, said I was confused and lying about the employee I have never dealt with such rude ignorant aggressive people Now I know why the company left ******, BEWARE of this company , they do junk work and dont stand behind warranty!!

The company was able to schedule a technician the same day and he came even earlier than promised. Carlo, our service person, came with a truck full of tools and parts and had everything working in less than an hour. The repair was done professionally and for a fair price. Carlo explained everything he was doing and it was a pleasure to have someone with his skill and customer oriented attitude! I would recommend this company to anyone in need of this service. Great job. Services Rendered: Garage Door spring broke, disabling the door.

I called this company to schedule an appointment to replace the spring on my garage door for a new home I purchased. When I called, they took all my information and booked my appointment for the next day with a timeframe between 2-5. The next day, no one ever called or showed up. I called their company back at 5:30 on the day of the appointment to find out what happened and got a live person on their answering service. I let them know that no one showed. The next morning I received a call from the company to say that they have no idea what happened and they have no appointment on file for me. I double checked by phone, and sure enough, their number is the same one I called to schedule. I took a half day off from work to wait for them, only to have them deny they even had an appointment for me. Based on this poor customer service experience, I did not re-book an appointment with this company. Disappointed in Action Automatic, but thankful I found another company that was able to come out to my home right away to take fix the issue.

For a very reasonable price, the service man got this older garage door opener functioning. He went out of his way to get us going again. Replaced the board and supplied two remotes to work with it. Services Rendered: Drive board was not functioning

EXCELLENT - From the beginning to the end extremely professional. Services Rendered: Garage door would not open, called Action Automatic Door & Gate at 8:00 AM and Carlos was ringing my door bell at 8:45 AM the same day. I had a broken Torsion Spring which Carlos replaced. I also had him replace my worn out weatherstripping on the the bottom of the garage door.

Very well. Jim, I think he is the owner, was great to work with. Miguel was prompt and professional for our initial consultation. Ramon and Miles were the installers. Professional, easy to work with, efficient, and clean. Services Rendered: We exchanged our outdated hurricane garage door for one that is up to latest standards.
