Google5Great service and fair pricing as always. Like my buddy told me like 20 yrs ago when i asked who to call about a garage door spring, who doesnt use Roy North? I wanted a garage door that would open on command so i can get my car in the garage, and they made it happen.

Google2Called to get price on my new construction duplex and they said they are not taking any new contractors. I explain I'm owner builder and I've used them in past. But still did not want my work.

Google5Timely response and scheduling of our garage door repair at new warehouse facility. You would have assumed this expedited/emergency service would have costed an arm and a leg, but we just received the bill it and was extremely fair! Google5They came out just a couple days after I called them. Communication was great, arrived on time and the gentleman who fixed the garage door is a professional. Very fair pricing as well. Less than what I expected so an honest company in my view.

Google1I had these guys install an electric opener on my commercial roll up door. Every couple of months we would have issues. The first installer never tightened all the bolts. They came back to fix it and within a weeks started to have the same issues. I paid for the first service even though it was clearly a poor install. When I asked about being charged a second time I recieved no response. Fast forward another few weeks I call for service again and recieve no response. Then finally today another couple of weeks with me limping my door along, I get a call that says they are no longer doing business with me.

Google5Work was performed on time as promised. Installers were professional and efficient. I did require a warranty visit due to a board failure and they were prompt in getting out to remedy the issue. Highly recommend them.

Google5My garage door would not open reliably with remote control, and their guy came out and did a bang-up job diagnosing the problem and upgrading my opener to a higher frequency board. We can now open the door reliably from down the street. He took the time to fix things right, and even took the time to lubricate my garage door and tighten the garage door springs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
