Google3If you need same day service look elsewhere. Anytime I have called I can never get ahold of anyone the same day. They had scheduled me to have someone come look at my garage door that was having trouble closing and no one ever showed up to that appointment. I never received a call either. The three stars are from my prior service where they installed a garage door opener, this was years ago. Was hoping for the same service I received back then but I was disappointed.

Google5Garage door opener was over 20 years and intermittently wouldn't open or close. Keith diagnosed the problem and clearly provided the best options to resolve. Unfortunately it required a new garage door opener but it was fairly priced and Keith performed the service promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend using him.

Google5HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I emailed the office first thing about a broken spring. Kristen responded quicker than expected. Keith himself came and was done before I could finish brewing a cup of coffee! The price is so reasonable. It was truly a quality experience.

Google5We needed new garage door stop gaskets and some expert input on what to do about water accumulation on one side of the garage threshold. We called Keith's Garage Door Service and are happy we did. Keith is an exceptionally competent and honest garage door mechanic. He communicates clearly and gives great advice about how to properly maintain your garage door system. His pricing is fair and he respects your property. We will call him next time we need service and recommend without reservation.

Yelp5Our garage door bracket snapped and I couldn't get out of my garage. I went online and read reviews and heard how honest and efficient Keith was, so we called his office the receptionist was very friendly, and let us know that he would could come out first thing tomorrow morning, he assessed the positioning of the door arm bracket, and said that we really need to have two for the size of our double door garage, safe to say within the next 45 minutes my garage door were secured and then working conditions for a minimal price!! a true pleasure to work with!

Yelp5I called this company on the recommendation of a coworker after another garage door repair company (Lakeview Garage Door) quoted a price of over $1,000 to repair the spring on my garage door. Keith came the next day, repaired the spring (for about 1/3 of the other quoted price) in about 15 minutes and did an excellent job!!! I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair!

Google5Just had excellent experience with Keith. Needed new spring, they came right out the same day so I was very fortunate. Other companies were a week or more out. Found Keith on the Next Door app and so glad we did!

Yelp5I cannot say enough goodness about Keith's Garage Door Service! Honest, reliable, quick - Keith installed a new garage door opener for me and serviced the garage door. He recommended the best unit based on my requirements and was fairly priced. after a horrible experience with Mo Better Allied Garage where they pressured me and we're going to charge me $2700 for a lesser model, Keith came in and performed the job for $750, a fair price based on the price comparisons I have done online of the opener units. Unbelievable there is such a disparity in service in Florida. please, do yourself a favor and call Keith first!

Yelp5I highly recommend Keith! I called because my garage door stopped opening, and he was able to come on a Saturday, as I work weekdays, and fix it for me. I was given a four hour window the day I made the appointment, and the day of the appointment, I got a phone call what hour in that window he would arrive. Keith arrived promptly and was very friendly and personable! He even assisted me by installing my new Blink doorbell! It's rare, since I've moved to Florida, to have any service company actually follow through with their appointments, not to mention, calling to let you know when they'll arrive and actually getting here! A+++ Thank you Keith and Kristen (the person on the phone) for your awesome service!

Google5I just had Keith come to repair my garage door and they arrived when they said they would, he was very personable, repaired the coil within half an hour, no up selling , and was very reasonable! I highly recommend Keith's Garage Door Service!

Yelp5We built a house two years ago. The garage door started opening on its own and it would frequently not close. My husband found Keith's Garage Door Service. They had many 5-star reviews. Keith immediately found it to be a wiring issue from the prior contractor. It was a very easy and cheap fix. Keith is so honest, professional, customer focused, and he surely knows garage doors! We will most definitely be calling Keith again if we need service.

Google5We had a issue with our garage door opening and closing properly. Keith's came out and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Rather than waiting for payment he just left his business card. What great service. I would highly recommend this company. This is one bill I could not wait to pay! Great customer service.
