BBB1Our garage door spring broke, and had to be repaired. We were advised that both should be replaced. Lakeview Garage Door answered their phone on Sunday and sent a technician on Monday AM.We were quoted a price of $700 for the 2 torsion springs, plus $200 labor, plus $250 for 2 drum pulleys, totaling $1290 including tax. We were desperate to fix, not knowing we were being overcharged. In conclusion, we called their office and spoke to the manager, and we agreed to pay $800.We were definitely overcharged, and should have researched further before agreeing to have the work done. In reality, the job should not have exceeded $450. Beware of this company!

BBB1Would give no stars. Called for service. Technician arrived while I was not home. I asked him to wait until i got home.I had a simple roller that needed to be popped in. *** took the cable off my garage pulled the door down slightly tried to say my springs were bad I need new ones and that it was heavy on one side wanted me to pay close to 500. I had already been quoted way cheaper else where and was just supposed to give a free quote. He Removed the cable without my permission left it laying in the garage on the floor. Initially he lied an said it was that way when he got there. Then he said he needed to remove it to close and fix the door. I had pictures before he arrived. Manager said nothing but its his tech of 3 years an I'd have to pay at least 175 even though the guy took the cable off with out permission said his name was ***. They had no official company name that I can recall however, came up on ****** search engine when i put in garage repair *****. I'm kinda new to this its my first time having a garage, Just says garage service repair when you call. Now they have messed up my electrical travel module, when that cord was removed. I asked him to wait, till I got home. TECH ***** refused to put my cable back on said I was trying to get the garage fixed free. They also say same day garage repair on the gooled advertised info 24hrs. Told me the owners name was ***! They got me but be ware please!! Tech name is ***************** ** ******** ****** * ***** * ******. I literally cried. Be careful hunters are out.

BBB1I'm 82 year old widow. They sold me hurricane proof springs so I paid more $2,050.00 now I find out there is no such thing as hurricane proof springs and they put up 2 different size springs. Peggy

BBB1I called this company to give me an estimate on my garage door, it had been hit by a car. When I submitted the claim to my insurance company they notified me that this company, Lakeview Garage Repair, was not a valid company. I called the company back and only got a man named Mark, who insisted he would send my complaint to the management and submit a refund. I called every day for two weeks and nobody ever returns a call. Do not use this company, they are a scam and take advantage of their customers. My only saving grace is I put the 950 on a credit card and will be able to get the money back by filing a fraud claim against this company through the bank.

BBB1Complete scamcharged us **** dollars to repair door. New rollers and springs. Started at 300 and up sold. Im ok with that because we wanted no issues with the door after this repair. 2 months later cables on door rollers came off half way down and jammed. They offer 24/7 service but cant produce it when you need it. No tech on standby for a holiday. Scheduled me for next day 7:30 - 9:30 no show. Called them and my appointment wasnt even in the books. Said he would have a tech out to repair us between ***** for the inconvenience. Called them at 11:30 to confirm as tech hadnt reached out yet. Was told tech was on a special job would call me and come to us when finished. Called me back at 12:30 and said tech not coming today..earliest would we Wednesday. At this point my trust is gone and I relayed some choice words for inconveniencing our entire day. Asked where the company is located and please give me a manager to speak to. He denied my request 3 times and said a manager would call me backhasnt happened!!!! Highly doubt he would show Wednesday as this is a warranty issue. Unfortunately I had to call another company to come fix. Stay away from this company! When I googled the phone number of this company, it took me straight to the Better Business Bureau.

BBB1scam company. they lied about the product the installed. they said they gave me a 70k use spring. they lied, i have a 10k spring and paid 1300 for a spring that should cost 300.

BBB1TOTAL scammers! WAY overcharged ** and wouldn't even put light bulbs in. When I called them out on the light bulbs (since we paid so much money the least they could do is put the light bulbs in) they still wouldn't install them. Said they would only install if I provided the light bulbs. Do not go use them.

BBB1Im embarrassed to say how I was suckered into doing way more than Im sure was necessary. Their prices were ridiculous and it went from the opener is bad to you need a new track, new springs, and other things. They said they didnt have room in their truck to take away the opener and track and said garbage crew would take it. They didnt and now Im stuck with this big heavy thing. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. TITAL SCAMMERS.

BBB1Robbed me of $1000. Supposedly fixed my door, paid extra for 5 year warranty, just to have it break 3 more times and they refused to fix it without $400. Complete scam artists do not trust or use them. I will be taking them to small claims court.

BBB1Company did not due the work and refused to refund. Requested a manager to call back 4 times. No response. Buyer beware
