If you need a quality job on garage door installation don't waste your time with ANYONE ELSE. Kevin will go beyond the installation process if necessary. His main concern seems to be customer satisfaction. He came to my house on Wednesday he called me the same afternoon to tell me the door was in stock and on Thursday the door was installed and the job was completely finished. This type of workmanship is rare. .P.S. The price was more than fair. Seriously, he's rare. Ed
I called Kevin after I saw his name mentioned on several local FB groups. So I called him. He asked me to text him my address and he then kept up with me via text. When his schedule cleared up, he texted me and asked if he could come earlier, which was a nice surprise, since our garage door wasn't working. He arrived with parts to fix our current opener, but found out that the parts for my model were discontinued. Luckily, he had a new opener in his truck. Took him a total of about an hour to get the old one down and install the new one. He was very professional, kind, and fast working. All good qualities of someone working on your house. He also cleaned up his messes. I will be calling Kevin again when our other opener dies or if we have any other issues with our garage doors.
I called on a Wednesday and they were there Friday morning and had them done in under a few hours! My garage doors had not worked in years and they offered an affordable cost with quality service. I'm very appreciative of their hospitable customer service and outstanding employees! I highly recommend!
