Google5Excellent customer service from our first interaction, love that they use text. We were able to communicate our problem via texting pictures, since we are based 500 miles away, this was outstanding. They quickly responded with a solution and got us on their schedule when it was convenient for us to be in town. Really appreciate how friendly and easy to work with they are - best of all, we now have an operable door! Will recommend them without hesitation.

Google5Great communication, fair pricing, and very professional. I would recommend them and will use them again in the very near future! They did a great job fixing my commercial type garage door and it lifts so much easier now so opening and closing it is a breeze. Thanks guys!

Google5We have had excellent experiences with Alachua Door Company. They installed a new garage door for us last year, which has worked very well. Now we added insulation to the existing door. It was handled quickly, and very professionally. We couldn't be more pleased with the result and the customer service.

Google5Mrs. Jennifer scheduled our appointment and John came out on time, was very professional and took care of our door! John even showed me what I needed to do to keep the door in good working condition. I would highly recommend them!

Google5What a great experience, it literally could not have gone better. They took on a job others wouldn't do and did it for less than the competition. They communicated well and met the timeline I had asked for. My neighbors have noticed and Alachua Door will get excellent referrals from me. I highly recommend them!

Yelp5My old garage door basically folded in half, so I had to get a replacement. Spoke to Jennifer on the phone, and she went over several options with me. She emailed me some quotes and information to review. John visited my house THE SAME DAY!! I told John what I was looking for and Jennifer took care of the rest. About a week later John installed my new door. It looks great, works perfectly, I could not be more pleased! Great company, call them First!

Yelp5I went and visited the office to buy and schedule for 2 new garage doors. From the moment we walked in, Jennifer was knowledgeable and very accommodating. She explained everything to us from choosing the door to what would happen during installation. Her husband, the owner John, came to the house for an on-site eval and he was just as nice and professional as his wife. Our new house was built in 1979 so the doors were quite difficult but he did the job as quickly as he could and they absolutely look beautiful. I've never been so excited to have new doors!

Yelp5From beginning to end we had a good experience. Jennifer, who works in the office was knowledgeable and helpful in making the right choice for us. When the door came in we were scheduled right way for installation. The door is beautiful and our neighbors even mentioned how nice it looks. I was a little unhappy with the fact that you could see the metal crossbar through the glass and John came right out and fixed that for us. We are very happy with our new door!
