Google5I have always and will always continue to use DGD! Their timeliness and total commitment to their customers is beyond appreciated. Mina is the technician that has visited my home to last 2 times and he is professional, knowledgeable and extremely mannered. He truly embraces DGD's mantra that nothing is more important than a satisfied customer via quality work and impeccable customer service.

Google5Very impressed with the service! Had a broken spring and needed a quick repair. The work request form on the site was super easy to use, and only took about 5 minutes to get an appointment for the next day. The DGD team reached out to me within 30 minutes by phone to get me same-day service, and Anthony had my door repaired & motor upgraded within a couple of hours.

Google5Anthony came to fix my garage door. He was very prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and polite. He explained everything he needed to do before he did it and gave me options. I even got the maintenance plan because it was affordable and made sense, (I don't usually like the upselling bit.) I would recommend DGD and Anthony for garage door issues. Thanks Anthony.

Google5My garage door quit working at 4:00 in the afternoon. It was open and a roller fell off. DGD sent Chris Gunter to repair the door. He arrived at 5:30 and had the door repaired by 7: 30. He did a professional job replacing all the movable parts and bearings, springs and cables plus a new opener. A job well done. My door is working as a new door.

Google5Anthony A. came and fixed the broken cable, replaced my rollers, and realigned the garage door. He showed up on time, was very personable and knowledgeable, explained all the options beforehand and even explained everything he was doing as he completed the repairs. I would definitely recommend DGD Garage Doors for anyone that might need garage door repairs. Definitely not something I would have been able to do on my own.

Google5From the original phone call to completion of my job this company is wonderful. The tech was Anthony A. And offered me choices in correcting my problem He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for old fashioned service with a smile

Google5Anthony was here on time. I showed him my problem, he ask me questioned about the repairs I have had done on my garage. He ask if anyone had been out to check things out , I told him no and he explained that someone should at least come out every two years to check and no one had. He repaired what he was here for in less than 30 minutes. Anthony was very professional with his job and I thanked him for all the info and updates that I needed to know. Very good asset to you're company.
