Yelp5GREAT EXPERIENCE. . ! Everyone I dealt with at Lester's went above and beyond getting my garage door replaced. I'm in California, and needed to replace the garage door on the house we purchased for my son to live in while he is attending the University of Florida. Mark was great and kept in close communication with us from start to finish. All of the staff at Lester's were so accommodating in making this happen from across the country, I just can't say enough good things about my experience with Lester's, other than to recommend them for any of your garage door needs. Once the job was completed, the handwritten thank you note we received from them was an extra added touch of what a great business this is.

Google5Lester's Garage Doors has been taking care of my doors for the last 15 years. They are the best door company I've ever found in my life and so easy to work with. Every technician over the years has been extremely knowledgeable and professional, and they know how to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. Bobby has come to my home more than once, and I can't say enough good things about the thorough way that he goes through a service call. He asks great questions, gives clear explanations, and always makes me feel like a highly-valued customer. I can tell that he really cares about giving flawless service every time. Bobby and the rest of the Lester's team are the reason I stay with Lester's. I wouldn't trust any other company with my doors.

Google5Excellent service. Very accommodating (much appreciated) Solid work. Quick and efficient. Lester's replaced the old springs to the garage door after one suddenly broke. They managed to fit us into their busy schedule early the next morning.

Google5We called Lester's last week and had no trouble getting an appointment for this week that fit our schedule. Eric came this morning; he was extremely efficient and very pleasant to talk to. He explained everything succinctly, yet thoroughly, and I appreciated his quick analysis of our garage door. We had two new springs and rollers installed, but it feels like we've had a complete garage overhaul! I will definitely recommend Lester's to anyone I encounter that needs service on their garage door. Thank you, Eric, and kudos to the rest of the team that keeps this business running so well!

Google5Our garage door started making some loud squeaky noises, so I wanted to have it serviced to make sure we don't have any major issues come up with it. Lester's Garage was so friendly and easy to work with. Their office staff was very kind, and they got us on their schedule right away. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and polite, as well. It's so hard to find businesses that truly care about customer service and their community these days. We will definitely use them again for our future garage door needs. Google5If you need a new garage door or a repair of your old one, Lester's is the only company to call! They came to the rescue for me this morning when my door spring decided to break and my cars were completely trapped. Mike answered the phone and assured me he'd be here asap. He and Eric showed up quickly and repaired the door quickly--I made it to work by 10am. The door now operates smoothly and quietly. Mike and Eric were friendly and polite, and I never doubted that I was in good hands. Thank you, Lester's!!

Yelp5Everyone was very friendly. They were quick to make an appointment with and the technician was on time. He called to discuss the issue before fixing it. They did a great job fixing my garage key pad. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future again if needed

Yelp2Got a quote over the phone through text message from this company instead of them sending someone to come look at the doors. Sent pictures to the guy and he wanted $150 for moving a piece of plywood located above the doors for storage. The quote was $2,000 above what a contractor on thumbtack quoted me and did not provide me with any alternative cheaper options. Seemed like they were giving me a **** you price for some reason. Went with the contractor on thumbtack and saved a ton of money.

Yelp5Professional and friendly service, every time. We've used them for both repair and now replacement of our 27 year old door. They replaced both the door and motor quickly and competently. The door selections were plenty, and we got a design that was special and has gotten notice. All of the staff we came into contact with were smart and answered all our questions.

Yelp5The garage door installer arrived on time with a phone call a few minutes before. He removed the old door and installed the new one in about 2 hrs including the remote key pad. He was very personable but concentrated on the work to be done. He explained the permit procedure before leaving. Great job! He even provided me with the low can of lubricant to use in the future! Thanks for a job well done!

Google5I can't say enough good things about the company and our experience with everyone within it. I will start with - We did get extremely lucky with our door! We had our door installed in a week from when we ordered because of some rare and luck of the draw circumstances in our favor. From start to finish- easiest and best experience we've had with a company. Our garage door was old and installed, let's just say differently. I called on a friday, sent some photos and measurements of our old door thru text. Said they would send me some door previews on Monday. We had the weekend to look online and build a door, so it made our process easier. Without us asking, the door estimate and preview photos were sent Mon morning just as they said they would. They came out to the house the next day(Tues). to look over everything and make sure everything would be ordered correctly. Took our order on the spot. Lester's then contacted us on Wed. to let us know of the circumstances, and that our door could be installed the following Mon. The confidence they had in making sure our new door was going to be correct, work like it should and look nice, was a huge help. And then they backed it up! Our installer Cameron made our door look and function great. Which is most certainly why I'm writing this. The new door is great. We will be recommending Lester's to everyone. Yelp5Out of the blue one afternoon my wife and I heard a loud THUMP that reverberated throughout the house. I went out and saw no fallen tree branch or anything else that could've caused such a noise, but then I tried opening the garage door and noticed the opener seized up after lifting it about a foot off the ground. Did some googling and discovered that the torsion spring (assists in opening and closing) above the door had snapped. Called Lester's as they'd last worked on our garage almost a decade ago when we replaced the original door that came with the house. They accommodated our request for early one morning ASAP. Nick arrived and rapidly replaced the spring and also lubed up the door hinges to help the opener have an easier time. The only hassle was my own fault as I had to scramble to clear the clutter around the door so he could work. Door's fixed, all is well. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp5So our double garage door spring broke Sunday and the door buckled. Called Lester's on Monday morning and they not only gave me a quote from a photo I texted but the owner came by and got our vehicle out. Two days later we had a new garage door. Very courteous and efficient employees too. We were so impressed we had them replace the single garage door also.

Google5We needed to replace the garage door at short notice and it looked like we might have to wait for 2 weeks to get it replaced. Then an acquaintance sent us Eddie's number so we called him. He was able to determine the specifications needed for the door from the pictures he asked me to send to him. He sent the estimates and all the information needed for us to make a decision. He came by on Monday morning, and we had a beautiful, working garage door the next day. Eddie is very professional, courteous and personable. He listens to what the customer wants, makes suggestions, and works with the customer's schedule. Ed Drevermann, Eddie's coworker assigned to do the work was also very friendly and professional. He tidied up after him and we now have a garage that is sturdier, opens quietly, and neatly installed. I would recommend Eddie anytime.
