Google1Made an appointment, it was the highest priced estimate but they made an appt for the same week. I took the day off and nothing. I called - twice - and still nothing. Zero. No call, no show. I can actually remember when Sears was reliable and their name meant something. Wish I could rate less than half star.

Google5Phillip was amazing! Called them, they got me in the next day. Phillip took care of all my concerns, answered all my questions, and got me everything I needed to make an insurance claim. He made this a painless process. Definitely recommend!

Google1Call to get somebody to come out and repair my garage door opener was told we don't service that area I thought Sears went everywhere I live 16 miles outside of lake City but I guarantee if I was to tell him I wanted to purchase a garage door opener and have it installed boy then b****** would be right out there

Google5I really enjoyed watching your technician disassemble our broken door and assemble the new door all with a threatening storm within 3 hours. He did it with 30 minutes to spare! When he arrived by himself I wonder if he would make it, especially with the storm threatening. HE WAS AMAZING! I'm very critical of people who do things "with wasted motion", your tech was excellent! The rain arrived 30 minutes after he left and we had a dry garage! THANK YOU !

Yelp4It is what it is. I wish I could fix it myself but obviously I can't thus the need to call sears. Always Ontime seems to be pretty priced reasonably well, but then I haven't compared that price to anyone else's. I was satisfied every time they came.

Google5Such wonderful, knowledgeable personal service through the entire process of replacing our garage door. Jennie, Operations Manager, was very helpful and attentive through the whole ordering and installation process. The garage door was efficiently and successfully installed today by Phillip who has many years of experience. Thank you Jennie and Philip.

Google5Quick and professional. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday, around 8 am. I called them at 9 and half and hour later they were fixing it. Very quick and professional service, highly recommended.
