Yelp5These guys are fantastic! Called to inquire about getting a check on the garage door in our vacation home, as the inspector had noted that the "stop and reverse" function was not working. Told me they could come in about an hour, called while on their way, and explained what could be done for a fixed price routine maintenance package compared to a service call. Opted for the former, and they worked diligently for the next 45 minutes doing a tune-up to insure proper operation (which includes a warranty). They even replaced a burned out ceiling light bulb because we don't yet own a ladder! Highly recommend!

Yelp5My aging mothers has not kept up with repairs to her house so I had a new very basic garage door installed to replace the rotted one last Fall. Sean was so professional and nice and he actually replaced it himself in no time. He didn't make me clear out the entire garage either, just a bit in the front, thank you so much for that, as it's pretty full! Other people that stopped by to give me quotes were condescending and rude and wanted almost the entire garage cleared out. Sean was really great and understanding and obviously extremely capable. Just ran across the receipt today and realized I forgot to write a review, can not recommend more! Also very fairly priced.

Yelp5Never "yelped" before. However, Needed a new garage door opener. Called, next day appt., Quick installation, and thorough explanation. EXTREMELY professional. Would recommend HIGHLY.

Yelp5I contacted Josh at Best Overhead Door Company 8 months ago. I had another company install my overhead door several months before that. The door never fit right and never worked right. I had a 1 1/2" gap across the top. I am experienced with home maintenance/repair but couldn't figure out how to get it to fit. Josh came and made it fit perfectly in short order. I had him install a garage door opener which has worked great for 8 months. The cost of this excellent service was reasonable and Josh is a very nice guy and a pleasure to do business with. This morning the door would not stay closed. I called Josh and he was here in 2 hours. he diagnosed and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. When I asked how much he said "No charge, it's under warranty." I cannot imagine better, more knowledgeable, and reasonably priced service. Ben Mirling Saratoga Springs

Yelp5I am helping my mother get my childhood home sold. The garage door was broken and we needed it fixed but neither of us live in town. I picked Best Overhead Door Company based on the Yelp reviews. They were easy to work with and even did the repair on the same visit. I was able to pay over the phone and we were good to go. Shawn was whom I was interacting with. I would highly recommend this company.

Yelp5I rarely write reviews but this company was so great that I just have to! After two of my neighbors recommended this company, I still shopped around for the best quotes for a new garage door and found that this company offered the same products as other companies but at a SIGNIFICANTLY lower rate!! Also, I love that there are NO hourly rates. Trust me, You won't find a company with lower rates. The technician was very knowledgable and polite and did a great job! It's amazing how a garage door can change the whole look of your house. My house looks so beautiful and I get a lot of compliments. As far as one of the neighbors that recommended this company, he said that this was the ONLY company who could fix a problem with their door. Trust me, you will definitely be happy and have amazing results!
