Google5I had them estimate and build out a door for between our work shop and rental area. Keith came out very quickly and provided us with info and estimates with a ton of choices. Once we made the decision on colors and materials, Keith made the ordering process very easy and straightforward. He's extremely knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. Time estimates and pricing were accurate and reasonable. We're in love with the cleanliness and crisp operation of the door. Will highly recommend Overhead Door of Rutland. Easy 5 star review.

Google5Have had these guys install for overhead doors and electric openers, excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, however the reason why I'm writing today is because four of my garage door openers got burnt out due to an electrical failure I had at my home. They promptly came out on short notice to repair all four units. In addition to that, I had an additional electrical failure happen today that caused one of the units to display error messages. I had assumed that the unit had burned out again, and I called the company to dispatch a technician. The woman who answered the phone (Karen), said that it was possible that the unit was not burned out and just needed to be reprogrammed. Later that day I was contacted by Dave who walked me through step-by-step and reprogram the unit. Without a doubt, if they were a dishonest company they could've sent somebody out and charged me to replace another system board, and I wouldn't have known any different. Anyway, prompt service and honesty deserve five stars every time.

Google5Our garage door stopped working without notice. The guys at Rutland Overhead Door not only did a great job, they did it on short notice and installed a product that looks terrific and barely makes a sound it's so quiet. They went above and beyond. Very professional, great craftsmanship, good price.

Google5Just got back to Woodstock after a 9-month absence and found that my garage remote wasn't working. Changed the battery but still nothing. Called the nice folks at Overhead Door Company of Rutland and the very helpful lady who answered the phone was able to instruct me over the phone how to re-synch the remote to the motor and voila! No more problem. Thanks, ODC of Rutland!
