Google5Just purchase a new door from them and they did an excellent job. The office staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and the installers were very professional and neat. I would definitely recommend this company.

Google5My garage door sensor stopped working on Thursday afternoon, December 21. I contact Overhead Door Company of Glens Falls and a service tech was there the following day even though it was a holiday weekend. They replaced the sensors quickly and resolved the issue. The crew was very professional and courteous.

Google5In 2015, I worked with The Overhead Door Company of Glens Falls to install 28 overhead doors on a new facility that we were building at The Fort Miller Group in Greenwich, NY. The company provided a great price and exceptional installation services. Additionally, we signed up for the planned maintenance package. It offered us commercial overhead sectional, fire and steel roll up doors along with the UL 325 accessories.

Google5Tuesday evening I went to leave and my garage door would not open. Spring snapped in half. I called ODC and the service supervisor was still there and answered the phone even though it was after hours. He was very polite and had his crew out first thing the next morning. The crew was great and got the job done quickly. Great customer service!!!! Thank you!!!

During this time I have used them on residential and commercial installations for my construction business, as well at my personal residence and business locations. This company is an elite brand that is known by the hallmarks of quality and service. They are excellent at helping clients establish the front end requirements to ensure nothing is overlooked that could create a problem or delay installation, and their follow-through is flawless! Whenever I have dealt with them they have been prompt to respond to my needs and extremely professional. I cannot say enough good things to say about Overhead Door Company of Glens Falls and highly recommend them to anyone seeking this product / service.
