My garage door sensor stopped working on Thursday afternoon, December 21. I contact Overhead Door Company of Glens Falls and a service tech was there the following day even though it was a holiday weekend. They replaced the sensors quickly and resolved the issue. The crew was very professional and courteous.

In 2015, I worked with The Overhead Door Company of Glens Falls to install 28 overhead doors on a new facility that we were building at The Fort Miller Group in Greenwich, NY. The company provided a great price and exceptional installation services. Additionally, we signed up for the planned maintenance package. It offered us commercial overhead sectional, fire and steel roll up doors along with the UL 325 accessories.
Stopped in to get parts for garage door repair. The employees were very helpful and nice. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

Tuesday evening I went to leave and my garage door would not open. Spring snapped in half. I called ODC and the service supervisor was still there and answered the phone even though it was after hours. He was very polite and had his crew out first thing the next morning.
