He was able to repair our door in about 1/2 hour, said we didn't need a new door yet. The door is great now. Steve could have sold us a new door, but he was honest, and that tells a lot about the company. We will definitely call California Garage Door Company when we need a new door.

Our garage door has acted up a few times in the last several months and this company was hired by our landlord. We have LOVED the service we have received- the office is SO nice and helpful and even recognized my husband's voice last time he had to call (for garage door issues out of their control, not something that they did). This week the door stopped working (it's old!) and we ended up needing a new gear; they were able to come out and fix the problem and even got a new part the same day so we weren't without a working door for very long. I didn't personally deal with the office or tech by my husband commented on how helpful they were :) Would definitely recommend California Garage Door Company and will continue to use them in the future as well.

Our garage door broken over the weekend, Kimberly from customer service was real sweet and let us know that we'll not be charged for service call. Steve the tech was prompt and friendly, did a great job of reseating the door in the rails and checked over the whole setup, did a lube job on the gear and the rollers and advised me of some potential future repairs but without any hard sell. Very nice guy, great service and a good warranty. I Would recommend California Garage Door Company to anyone in a heart beat!
