Yelp5Our motorized rolling shutter wouldn't fully open, so we called Go Pro Garage Doors. They were super quick to respond and even sent out a technician the same day! Robert came in, diagnosed the problem, and was excellent explaining what had happened. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would recommend their services and will be calling them again soon to do additional work. Thanks Go Pro!

Google5My garage door unexpectedly needed to be fixed and after a quick google search i found Go Pro Garage Doors Inc. , they had really great reviews - now i see why! Scheduling was very easy and i was able to get a free estimate within a few hours. Robert was my tech, he was so kind and informative. I really appreciated how he explained everything he was doing so i could know what to expect/look for. I didn't feel like i was being "up-sold" on anything, he just gave me the options and went from there. I felt very confident in his experience and he did a great job! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again Robert!

Google5Skilled and knowledgeable technician. I had cable broken off from the bottom that put the door shifted on other side and banded the rolling frame. He walked me through step by step process and passed down the knowledge how and why things are done that can help me in future. Pointed out some short cuts taken by builder installing the motor and how I can fix by myself. Overall very happy with their help.

Google5I've used Go Pro on multiple occasions, to replace garage doors and to troubleshoot when I've had problems. They have always done great work, are on time and quick to get the work done. Today Robert came to the house and made some repairs and tuned up the springs and he was friendly and educated me on things to look out for. Thanks Robert and Go Pro!

Google5Go Pro Garage Doors is easily the best garage door company in the Folsom/El Dorado Hills Area. I won't call any other company ever again. Our door motor broke and wouldn't open our garage. Go Pro's technician was at our house within 1 hour of my call @ 3pm in the afternoon. They were professional, priced well and extremely knowledgeable. That being said, in "the garage door business" you look for quick response times and excellent service. We got the best of both. Lightening quick response time and the best service I've ever received when it comes to garage doors...and unfortunately this isn't my first rodeo with a "broken" garage door.

Google5Went with Go Pro Garage Doors for our new garage door and as the name suggests, they are indeed Pros. From the initial proposal process with Ashley, to the field service retrofit expertise that Justin performed, GoPro Garage Doors takes their namesake, serious. Our particular garage door framework was a bit dated, requiring a fair amount of custom retrofitting to make it work and seal properly. The end result from Justin, is an ultra quit, perfectly fitting, and sealed garage door. As a contractor, myself, I know how challenging some projects can be and GoPro was up to the task. If you're in the market for a new garage door, GoPro with the Pros, GoPro Garage Doors.

Google5Kudos to Go Pro and specifically the technician that came out today, Robert! Go Pro came out the same day I called! I really appreciate this with the garage door open and somewhat vulnerable. Robert did an amazing job! Quick, efficient, stayed to offer additional suggested details. Really showed he cared and enjoys his work. Takes pride in his work and the company he works for! Refreshing and great service level. Highly recommend Go Pro and Robert! Thank you Robert!

Yelp5If Yelp allowed me to give 10 Stars I would have. I noticed my garage door was opening & closing rough (shuttering), so I called Go Pro Garage Doors on a Thursday and was scheduled for service the next day between 10am & noon. Troy was my service guy, and I cannot say enough great things about his professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness & customer service he provided. Step by step Troy diagnosed why my garage was shuttering, and clearly explained the steps and hardware needed to get my door working like new. He even fixed an issue with my garage door I never thought could be fixed, but he did. I couldn't be happier & luckier Troy was my service guy, as his attention to detail and work was thorough, which I clearly benefited from! Thanks!!

Yelp1I had a horrible experience with them. The technician tried to rip off and sell unnecessary part replacements. Had a call to fix a broken spring. We needed the door to be replaced urgently. Learning of our urgency, the technician charged us around $536. After the replacement, the door didn't open/close correctly, which was never an issue earlier. The technician charged another $69 to so-called fixing the limit on the remote. The technician also informed me that the rails and the rollers need to be replaced and the whole opener needs to be replaced as the limit circuit is broken and gave an estimate of $1200. I called liftmaster and the support person spent 2 hours with me to diagnose the problem. It was found that the technician didn't balance the door after replacing the springs and that there is no problem with the limit circuit on the opener. I called the pro garage door, and they had the audacity to say that Lift master representative doesn't know anything. Finally, the technician came back and rebalanced the door. The technician was rude and informed us to never call him back. I will follow his advice of not calling him back. I also applied grease on the rollers, springs, and hinges, and all the noise went away (the technician wanted me to replace the rollers and the tracks).

Yelp5Our garage door broke and bent and thought we would have to buy a new one. Called at 9am to see if we could get quote and had someone here at 10am to take a look. Unable to get new door because our size is older and not available. Troy F. was able to fix our door for a very reasonable rate....he is awesome!! Very educated, ethical, hard working and never tried to upsell us on anything. VERY happy customers and recommend to everyone!! Will definitely use again!

Knowledgeable about the type of garage door, addressed the issue right away and would have handled right then if I didn't have a schedule conflict. Agreed upon a time for next day - Derek was on time and ready to get the job done. Overall great personality, professional, knowledgeable. Thanks for such a great experience

Yelp5I had a garage door emergency where my Mercedes trunk got caught under the garage door-- my trunk wouldn't close and my garage door wouldn't budge. Travis from Go Pro Garage arrived and saved the day. He went beyond the call of duty-- got the garage door working and prevented further damage to my car trunk in the process. Travis was completely empathetic, knowledgable, efficient and courteous the entire time. If I ever encounter another garage problem, I'll be sure to call on Travis again. A+++

Yelp5I emailed GOPro for a consult and bid to install a new garage door opener for my son's garage in Hercules. The space is used for storage and only 120 square feet. We were quite concerned since the area was so small and Installation required shortening of the Horizontal Motor Track for a successful job, however, GoPro sent Travis, a very capable and experienced younger man to assess the problem. He assured us it could be done; came the next day and "Voila" a new and beautifully installed Lift master opener was in place within two hours time. Highest marks to GoPro, Ashley and especially Travis. Easy to work with, good communication and reasonable price.
