Yelp5On 3/20/24' I had a garage door service appointment that resulted in a 1 star review. Shortly thereafter, business manager Arianna A. replied and provided a contact number with request to make things right. I contacted Arianna and made arrangements for a second tech whom also arrived on time and corrected the work - or at least it is still holding up well. Arianna also provided a partial refund possibly honoring the previously provided coupon or applying a veteran credit - IDK but I am satisfied and our garage door as our concerns are resolved. thank you Arianna! 5 stars for the credit, workmanship but most importantly "customer service".

Yelp1The guy that showed up was just a sales guy. He barely looked at our system before saying we needed a brand new one. He also made a comment that the doors we have now don't look good which felt like an unecessarily rude comment. Then their $200 service was basically a guy with a drill tightening the screws and spraying WD40 on the rollers. They didn't even open the case around the motor to check it or service it. Then they said it was a safety hazard and our door would collapse at any minute. Really just seems like they are only interested in making sales and not actually maintaining current garage doors.

Yelp5The crew at Local Garage Doors were quick to respond to our online request to install two Genie garage door openers. Our power lines went down on our property in this recent wind storm, Burning out both our Genie garage door openers. A qualified knowledgeable Garage door specialist quickly installed both new Genie garage door openers (7035-V) during a weekend on a Sunday and advised me of some cable damage. We are pleased with the service we received, we will use Local Garage Doors again and suggest the person(s) reading this do as well. Thank you Local Garage Doors

Yelp4My spring broke on my garage door and I put out a request for quotes on Yelp. Local Garage Doors responded almost immediately to my request and when I called them they gave me a quote which was reasonable. They were able to come out the same day and get me taken care of. They texted me when the technician was on his way, with a photo of the tech and a link to track them as they headed my way.

Yelp5Great service and very responsive. Came out same day I called. The reason for my problem made 100% sense to me the way it was explained. Unlike the estimate from Precision Garage Door. They wanted to replace springs and "see" if it fixed the problem first, then replace the opener. Had 2 guys out and neither could tell me why my garage door wasn't working. When this company showed up, he knew what the problem was right away. He had everything on his truck to replace and install immediately. My garage door opens and closes quieter that it ever has (I've lived here 3 years). And he programmed the control in my car so I dont have to carry the opener anymore. What service!

Angi1The repairman stated that the cabling was old and needed to be replaced. Being the expert I paid what he requested which was $350. 37 days later it stopped working again and he charged me an additional $99 never saying that the motor was bad. I received an emailed invoice stating that it was a motor related matter. If I had of known this at the time I would have purchased a new one. He took advantage of me . I live in a senior community and it’s terrible that he would manipulate an old lady in 2021 Tyler Services Rendered: Garage door didn’t work

Angi5contact, estimate and installation made the same day. Price was significantly less than others. The door seems a bit thinner than the one it replaced, but fine for us. Services Rendered: replace a bent garage door.

Angi5The repairman was prompt and professional. He explained the problem with the motor and told me my options. The garage door is working again. I was very happy with the service. Services Rendered: It was taking two or threes tries before my garage door would stay closed. The repairman came over the same day I called. It was determined the garage door motor needed to be replaced. It was over 10 years old. He had the new motor in his truck so he was replaced right then. I was happy I didn't have to have him come back.

Angi5Since this was a rental I needed prompt service and I received that. The technician was professional, courteous, and in addition to replacing the broken spring with one American-made, did a safety check and lubed the moving parts. He did MORE than I expected. I recommend this company. Services Rendered: I needed a new torsion spring that had snapped in two on a steel sectional garage door.

After making a determination on the type of service that I wanted, the technician completed the repair and thoroughly tested the garage door to my satisfaction.
