Nick was such a great find. Our garage door had been screeching every time we opened it, to the point it became embarrassing to even open our own garage door because it was THAT loud. I reached out to Nick yesterday evening, and today not only did he come out to look at it, he had the parts to fix the issue and had it replaced and resolved within the hour. Essentially we had a very outdated garage door opener that they don't even make anymore, something I was aware given how ancient it looked; and Nick gave me two options that could resolve the issue, and both were a very fair price. I went with the latter option of replacing the entire garage door opener with a new one, and he was able to replace the entire garage door opener and track with a new Chamberlain within an hour of him showing up. I highly recommend. Nick is very transparent, fair, and good at what he does.

If you know nothing about garage doors and are going in blind on looking for garage door service -- same went for me. I chose Nick's service due to the prior reviews and thankfully I listened. I initially thought my garage spring was broken but Nick figured it was not; it was actually a myriad of different things causing my door to be misaligned. This included loose bolts, bends to the rails, inability to lift or shut completely, cables being loose (and actually one side being completely detached), not enough tension on the spring to hold the door, low overhang of the door, etc. Soon before long (~1hr), Nick completed the job. My door is much quieter now too! (That's the "cupcake" magic spray he used which left my garage smelling kinda nice). He also made a consideration and modified his cost which definitely helped me out because again, I was clueless and definitely misstated the issue. I'm grateful for his pity (jk it wasn't pity, but great customer service). So, if you are wondering how I can tell what work was done and what the issue was - That's a BIG THANKS to Nick. He let me know of his warranty too, so in case anything pops up again, he would come back to fix it. Definitely recommend Nick for your garage services. I finally have a working door again after 6+ months!

Nick was fantastic. He fixed my garage door and tuned it up. Everyone else just wanted to replace the entire door. This throwaway culture is really terrible on the wallet and the environment. Glad to have found Nick. He's got a customer for life.

Nick did an incredible job. Yesterday, I thought there was no way anyone could turn my garage door back into a garage door. I was pretty sure we were going to have to replace the whole thing. He not only fixed it up, he added screws to increase the durability, and made some other adjustments to make it open and close smoother. I highly recommend!!!

Nick came out first thing in the morning, after I messaged him for a quote the night before when the spring in my garage door suddenly broke. He was very easy to work with and quoted a flat rate, explaining the work that needed to be done from the pictures I provided. He was able to get my garage door repaired in about 30m-45m, and made sure I was able to get to work on time! We will definitely hire him for any future garage projects or issues we may have!

Arrived home this afternoon, pushed the garage remote in my car, and the garage door went up a couple of feet, very lopsided, and stopped. I called Neighborhood Garage Door, thinking they would be out til Monday as this was a holiday weekend, but he answered and arrived in 30 minutes. He quoted me a discounted price but he did such a great job and arrived so quickly that I paid him full price. (Still a great price) Really nice guy. He also adjusted my garage door to make it work better.

Nick came half an hour after my initial call. He did an excellent job, was friendly and provided explanations to my questions, used quality parts with a 10 yr warranty and priced his job with a discount.
