I'd love to review their work, but I never got that far. I know for a fact these guys do great work. I used to be an estimator for a construction company in town and they came and fixed our shop doors numerous times. They're fast, they're good at what they do. However, I called them like several months ago to come to my home to look at a few things and give me a quote and didn't get a call back for a couple of months. When they call I was told they can be over there in an hour to start working. Working on what? I didn't agree to any work, I just wanted a quote. The work he said they were going to do wasn't even what I wanted a quote for. The gentleman I talked to got short with me after I explained what I wanted, like it's my fault their sales team doesn't communicate properly. He said he was going to talk to the sales guy to sort it out and would call me back. That last call was at least a month ago. I'm sure whatever scrap of paper my info was written on is long gone. I still think they do good work, they have good reviews on here for a reason. But my experience with just trying to figure out the cost on some work has been terrible.
You come open, open your garage door, and hear a snap and it won't open. Called PS Garage Doors on Monday am and had everything fixed and both doors checked and serviced by 2:30 pm. The call was greeted friendly and with courtesy, and when Jessie called my cell back, we meet at our home and he was completed with New Extension Springs and Adjustments on both Doors by 2:30 pm. Jessie even pointed out that a support strut one Door was missing and we are replacing that. Could not be happier with the service from start to finish. I highly recommend PS Garage Doors and their services.

In all the years working with PS Garage doors this is the first time I have been disappointed. They have installed new doors and systems for me, serviced my equipment, and done all of my regular maintenance. But this is the first time I can truly say I wont be going back to them. I called in a service request because I needed an additional opener and because I could see light under my garage door and water gets in during the rainy months and from melting snow. So I called to get the seal replaced because the current bottom seal was old, flat, and cracked. A technician came, but did not replace the bottom seal. They replaced all of the other seals along the sides and top, but not what I needed and then sent me a bill for 1.5 hours of labor at $100.00 PER HOUR to replace seals I did not ask to have replaced. When I reached out about it, my response felt rather dismissive and uncaring. Kind of like a, "Well that's the breaks." kind of answer. Like I said, I have worked with them with multiple houses and properties and this one service really made me feel unheard and uncared for. Will go looking elsewhere for help and work in the future. **Update** The owner of PS Garage doors reached out to me personally after seeing this review and had someone come and replace the bottom seal. He also had the invoice corrected to just reflect the charge for the bottom seal as it was all I originally asked for. New bottom seal looks great. Thank you!

I had one of my springs snap on my overhead door last Monday and I was to pick up my granddaughter at school that afternoon. Could lift the door to get out so I called PS Door. The service manager told me they were booked but after I told him what time I had to pick up my granddaughter he asked me what time. I told him and they were at my house 15 minutes early ! In the time I went to get my granddaughter and get back home they even had it repaired. Can't remember the name of the service man who came but he couldn't have been better. Excellent service! Our garage door was being repaired within a couple hours of the request. The work done was top notch, and based on this experience, I'd highly recommend this company.
The install was extremely fast and well done however the installer did not bring the what was needed to haul away the old doors which was included in my quote. I seem to be low priority for them to schedule a pick up date, meanwhile the old doors are sitting on my front lawn for the world to see.
