So I specifically told Roger that I wanted my weather stripping screwed in with black tip screws rather than nailed as I've had problems for over 30 yrs with west facing doors and the nails let loose and stripping comes loose. Specially asked Bryce the tech when he got here did they tell u I wanted weather strip screwed on with black tip screws and he said YEP I HAVE THEM. When I got home the weather stripping was NAILED on. It's attention to the little details that get me.
The door came much sooner than I expected. That was fantastic! It appears to be a very solid door!! I couldn't get the door I wanted, but am very happy with the one I finally chose!! Very stunning! The installers were very friendly and helpful.!! I was disappointed to see that my tracks were bent and that I need to touch up some areas around my windows with black paint. After spending that much money, I expect the door to be in perfect shape when I receive it. I have only had my door a couple of days. I am anxious to see how the windows perform doing the winter months. The competitor was cheaper on the door and windows. I hope you stand behind any problems that might arise. I feel I made the right decision to go with Overhead Door. Thank you very much!!

A successful business often has a waiting list for service and that was the case for my call. I was told I would hear from a service tech ASAP. I'll admit I was praying there would be no hail while my car was parked outside due to a broken garage door. Jared came in time. He did a good job finding the problem and working until I was satisfied with the repairs. I've done business with Overhead for decades.
