Last night, around 9pm our garage door springs broke, trapping both of out cars on the garage! I immediately went online and looked through many companies and reviews and I was impressed with DeBoer Garage Doors.
I called their phone number on their website, and there wasn't an answer. However, about 2 minutes later I received a text from another number asking if I needed help! Ok, that got my attention. A company who monitors their landline number after hours and has the courtesy to send you a text like this, WOW!
Fast forward to this morning at 9:30 when Bob shows up and takes care of our problem at a very reasonable price. He could have tried gouging me since my cars were locked inside the garage but instead he offered expedient service at a reasonable price!
Thanks Bob, I will definitely remember you and DDG for my future needs!
