Last night, around 9pm our garage door springs broke, trapping both of out cars on the garage! I immediately went online and looked through many companies and reviews and I was impressed with DeBoer Garage Doors. I called their phone number on their website, and there wasn't an answer. However, about 2 minutes later I received a text from another number asking if I needed help! Ok, that got my attention. A company who monitors their landline number after hours and has the courtesy to send you a text like this, WOW! Fast forward to this morning at 9:30 when Bob shows up and takes care of our problem at a very reasonable price. He could have tried gouging me since my cars were locked inside the garage but instead he offered expedient service at a reasonable price! DeBoer's always been our go to with the problems we have had with our garage door. It's old and not the best door but we haven't wanted to spend money to get a new one. Bob came out did a fix on it and we have never had any issues with it since. Bob is honest, hardworking, trustworthy, fair and super knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone!
We had a issue with our garage door and were very grateful with Deboer Garage Doors. He was professional, punctual, and knew what he was doing. The repair performed made the garage door work better than before. 10/10, would recommend. Very Professional and Knowledgeable. Bob came out day after called and repaired garage door within an hour. He had everything he need on his truck. Decided to have them install new garage door opener and am very pleased with their work.
Quick and friendly service! Put in a quote request on their website and they got back to me same day. Pretty much handled everything over text message which was super nice. I got a quote for them to fix the tracks on my garage door and put in an automatic garage door opener on a Thursday and they were at my house the following Tuesday to do the work. I really appreciated how quick the whole process was and I was able to drop a check off to him the same day after service was done since I wasn't home at the time! Asked around as well and it felt fairly priced. I would recommend them.
If you have an issue with your garage door, just call these guys and don't waste your time anywhere else. They respond very fast and will fix your door ASAP! I was very impressed with how fast they got to my door and they didn't rip me off on the price. I will be using them next time and I will recommend them to anyone I know. A spring broke on my garage door on a late Friday night. All the repair places showed they were not open on Saturday except for 2 of them. A called here since they were the closest. They gave me a time of 10AM Monday. They showed up, made the repair and even saw that the rod was not level. Fixed that as well. Now my door does not squeak like it used to. Repair was quick. Could not tell you if the price was good or not as I did not get any other quotes. I will say it was actually cheaper than I feared it would be. I would hire them again.
Quick work of a troublesome door. He came out and did a free estimate and was able to schedule the repair with a business week. The new door is updated (code opener installed for free!) and an assessment of both garage doors and their parts. Will definitely be using DeBoer again should the need arise. He's affordable and does good work!
I called DeBoer late last night and a technician was here for our free assessment before dinner today! He was friendly, professional, and fixed our long standing garage door issues within a matter of 30 minutes. They came out within the hour to come take a look at my garage that wouldn't close. They quickly found the issues, but then also replaced the light bulbs and had a new remote for us. I would definitely recommend to anyway that needs quick, reliable service!
